Not sure yet. First experience wasn’t great. Received a gift of good looking expensive boat shoes and called to see if there were any “wide options” and was told flatly there were none. There is also no return or refund policy afforded here which is kinda a turn off in a big way. I’ll be seeing if there are any other sizes that may fit for this shoe but for now it seems that limited return r local options may have me and family who live in the area staying away from this store if I can’t find a go option for our money. This is why Amazon wins more and more every year. Glad to support local but this is the new world we live in.

Owner is very rude. Customer service and retail is definitely not her strength. If you touch anything in her store, she will be right behind you berating you. She also talks “under her breath” though very loudly about her frustrations with customers. All around very unprofessional, so we took our money elsewhere.

The owner is rude. We were enjoying a stroll after an early dinner with family and decided to walk into this store approx 7pm. The owner immediately said to not touch anything because they’re closing up shop soon and told us to not let our 4 year old “ruin her store”. The store signs said they closed at 9. We walked down the street and spent 1k at a friendly boutique.

Extremely poor customer skills. The sales lady was very mean and unprofessional and refused to assist me when she saw me browsing online on their website. I was looking to see if they had shoes my size in a color that wasn't available in store. Instead of minding her business, the sales lady claimed that I was being disrespectful (must have been triggered by some unresolved trauma) to her work by doing so. She rudely denied my request to try on a pair of shoes and said that my "generation needs to get it together." I asked if I could get a left shoe for the one I liked on display and she simply said "no." She then proceeded to saying that she wouldn't sell me anything. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this kind of "service."

Beautiful shoes inside. They have onClouds galore in tons of colors and Onex, a classy comfy Italian style of ladies dress sandals. Staff offered assistance to gather sizes pretty promptly but was dismissive when I said I'd think about it. They're pricey - $120-150 each pair and I didn't wanna carry them around while shopping and walking. That was the only downside!

I just wanted to buy some ON running shoes and the lady working today was so mean to me for no reason. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but her attitude progressively got worse. I was going to buy two pairs of shoes but everything I asked made her more mad. I recommend just buying them at another retailer or online.

If I could leave zero stars I would the African American woman that works the later shift on Sunday at 5pm she was extremely rude to me and one other customer. She should not be working there, she claims she owns the store and she also told us not to shop online while in her store. Super unprofessional and digesting of a human being.
