If I could give -1 stars I would. I would NOT recommend using Johnnie to do your taxes.He's TERRIBLE. I used Johnnie to amend my 2020 taxes. When I spoke with him over the phone he assured me everything was great and that it takes about 16 weeks to process. He also concluded our conversation by saying that I would owe him "X" amount of dollars for him filing the amended return. (I truly didn't owe him anything. I found out he lied.)That was November 2022.I have called Johnie TWICE to inquire about why I couldn't find the status of my amended return on IRS.gov. Each time he assured me that it takes time to process.Well fast forward to May 9 2023. I reached out to an IRS advocate and they said there was no record of my 2020 return being amended.I called Johnnie once again...LO AND BEHOLD...he NEVER sent it off!!!! He asked me instead "Well when did you send it off?" I told him that he never explained that I had to send it off myself.Johnnie did not apologize, and he didn't show any sort of care towards my situation. Instead he chuckled through the convo and said he can't debate about what he said to me. RUNNNNNNNN as fast as you can. Don't not come to this office!!!! Do not come to this place!!! If you value your money and your sanity, do not come to this office, please trust me!!!

They treat you like you have COVID WHEN YOU WALK IN ....Demand that you wear a mask.....then they tell us there was CoVidIn that office ....so we asked if we had to wear a mask....the guy saw my pink toe nails and then proceeded to act all weird like we had some disease....the girl was very nice and friendly in the phone ... but when we walked in ...she was so. She was reluctant to even ask us how she can help us....she responded when we looked at each other to ask if the other thought she understood ....she kept saying that she thought we ONLY wanted advise....we told her we wanted to file....very unfriendly....homophobic since his behaviour was horrible when he saw my pink toe nail polish !!!!I am a guy!Beware!! Gays Beware!

Johnnie is a liar. I would not recommend this guy! He told me one thing when I went there to file my taxes last year and now I called him he’s taking back his whole statement. He doesn’t know anything and should not be trusted!!!! He’s a fraud! Other ppl have been complaining about him! He gave me wrong information!
