I will never use HR Block. They upcharge everything. $220 for a short form 1040 with HSA information. Can you believe it. $89 for tax prep and more than $130 for HSA filing. Never again.

I used a tax preparer from this location to do my 2022 taxes. She messed up my tax return so badly that it cost me over $6,000 to get the issues resolved with the IRS using a different CPA not with H&R Block.Then, when I tried to file a claim to get reimbursed since I paid for the Peace of Mind extended plan, H&R Block denied my claim. Be careful using H&R Block tax services and don’t get the Peace of Mind coverage.

I have always done my taxes here and it's always a good experience, the staff is very kind, knowledgeable and they are very promt to answer any questions or concerns I might have. 100% recommended!

Jennifer did my taxes in 2019, I now owe 5K to the IRS due to credits that were claimed. She also did my husband business taxes he owed over 20k.

I am very late to writing this review and I admit that I should have done it a lot sooner but about 2-3 years ago I had filed my taxes with this particular H&R Block at the beginning of February. Literally 2 weeks later I started getting TD bank checks in the mail with account bank statements with overdraft fees and etc. Someone had used my SSN to open a TD Bank account two weeks after I filed with this H&R Block. Bank account activity showed they had actually used the card at an ATM near this place! I spoke with a manager by the name of Omar (can barely remember but pretty sure that was him) and he said he couldn’t do anything about it because he wouldn’t want to alert the person that was taking this information and opening bank accounts with peoples SSN. Either way I am now posting this review to make everyone aware that they are at risk because clearly documents are not safe here. Someone working there (maybe even now) took my SSN and committed identity theft. BEWARE.
