Love Hotworx! The staff is always so nice when I get there. They always answer any questions I have or just are there to ask how I am doing. The gym is always clean and they have a lot of equipment options for a small gym. The classes are fun and challenging. It's been a few months of me going and I haven't run into any issues yet. The parking is in the garage of The Whitney and so far I haven't had any problems with finding a parking spot. This is also a 24 hour gym which is great! For only $60 per month it has almost everything I need plus I get to detoxify in the sauna!

Best gym in Fort Lauderdale. Best location because I’ve been to them all best employees ever (Hailey and carina ). I recommend everyone I know to come here. I love my results thank you Hot worx Flagler Village. .

I came in twice while I was in from the Atlanta area. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Karina. She interacted with all the members and made sure everyone had what they needed. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

Thank you so much Hailey for helping my friend and I get signed up tonight! You were so kind, knowledgeable, and really showed passion and excitement for helping others! Hailey gave my friend and I a tour through the facility and really strived to make us feel confident and comfortable in our experience. She did a great job signing us up, putting a package together for us, and getting us set up on the app for booking future classes, etc. My friend and I left very excited to go back in and already booked two sessions for tomorrow. The facility is extremely clean and smelled wonderful. Thank you again Hailey!

Very clean studio, great fast workout or long one you choose. Seems like the “busy times” aren’t busy which I love. And bonus is the customer service is excellent !

I just wanted to go for a free trial session and ended up signing up for a membership!!!
I have more energy and my face has cleared up so much i haven’t been wearing makeup.
The owner is also amazing, I text her the most random questions and she always responds quickly!
Hotwokx is the best fitness studio.

I honestly thought this was a gym gym.. but I was sadly mistaken. If you want to die from a heart stroke this is the place for you! I was mislead about the cancellation policy. Just a small TV with the same video that you can do at home on YouTube. If you want a full gym with full equipment and trying to build muscle..... No no no no!

Signed up in February, staff wasn't very friendly, price was over $200 for getting in. I called in May to cancel (they told me to call two months prior from any termination) since I was moving out of state because the plan only allows you to workout at the Fort Lauderdale facility. The staff lady AKA manager was extremely rude telling me if I wanted to pay $99 to cancel completely or pay for another two months and termination will be completed, which I was okay with it - it's two months I can work out. Well turns out she never canceled the plan because I was a charge TODAY from Hotworxs.PEOPLE DONT COME HERE, MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND IVE WAISTED SO MUCH MONEY BECAUSE OF HER. Thank you for lying to me believing that you canceled my plan, I was okay with the two months but really!?
