Just too rude for hospitality work. Lady at the entrance hung up the phone on my face when I called earlier to find the location.

FILIPINO FOOD!!! Not sushi Not Japanese Not Chinese Not Thai Not any type of combo... This is a family-run cruise-ship-employee powered Filipino restaurant with home made dishes that are served 'cafeteria-style' where you get rice, few dishes & soup. There's another place in the same exact mall, across the parking lot. After having lunch at both I think this place wins but it sure is close... The place is full of cruise ship workers which means two things: 1- it's legit 2- their schedule is dictated by the ships Super-friendly staff & great service!! In fact, when I asked about her hours, the lady said she'd be closed next week (out of town for family) I will definitely be back cuz the food is that good- but will be sure to call first!!!

No more Sushi! :( Best sushi in Fort Lauderdale! Came here by accident waiting for the hippie green place next door to open. It doesnt look like much from the outside but dont let that scare you away. The sushi at this place is amazing!!! Prices might seem a bit high but the portions are huge and the rolls are big and it is actually a real value. We split 2 rolls between 2 people and were all stuffed. We got the spicy tuna and it was the best I have ever had. The owner was there and was super friendly. The restaurant is divided in 3 parts, the back is serious phillipino and I think you need to be in the know to eat back there. The front is sushi and then they have a little store off to the side. Give this a try and be prepared to be blown away. I guarantee it will be your new favorite sushi place.

I ordered a take-out, 2 small and 2 large. When I say large, it's probably 2 cups of food. I also bought pork rind chips and it came to $58.00??? She didn't even have the decency to include rice! Never again!

This review is strictly based on the store part of this business. I am going to visit a friend soon and she requested that i bring some tamarind soup base, chippy and hany. They had all of them items i was seeking - so i am happy. i looked at the restaurant part - but nothing looked appealing to me. maybe i will go back one day and check out the halo halo

Turo turo style (pick from a selection of cooked meals). People are very nice. Good bang for the buck.

The cooked food was good. If you want the experience of a "turo-turo" this place provides that. However, the 2 stars is because the place was not clean. Also, when I dug into the halo-halo, there were quite a few ants in it. Hopefully this place can fix these issues because I don't think they would pass health inspection at next visit.
