I'm have been trying to get some papers signed. I have been calling for 3 days, every time they tell me to wait for a call back from Dr. Manzi Assistant. 4 days now , I personally went to drop off the papers I needed. I can not get anything done.No service at all.

Do not come at the scheduled time, as you will spend at least an hour waiting for your appointment anyway. I have been to this clinic four times and have never been seen at the appointed time. Each time, I spent 2 hours of my time at this clinic. The clinic does not respect patients’ time. Very poor customer orientation.

The office staff here are just as unhelpful as they can be and appear constantly angry, bitter and mean. There appears to be a very negative work environment and the only way the office staff is able to retaliate is to be as dyspeptic and challenging to the patients, as possible. The Dr’s here are good. I just can’t accept getting treated like garbage every time I try to set an appt, get information, etc. This wasn’t written due to a 1 off event, but due to multiple events. I’ve now left this practice.
No, owners, I will not call. Get a new office manager. You’ll see great improvements after they clean house.

Very disappointed with the staff, and how they handle the patients, Dr Dunhill is an amazing doctor and have no problem with him. However, phone calls barely get call back prescription refills rarely get refilled, and my most recent incident just put the nail in the coffin. I had a 730 bloodwork exam. I got a call the night before from my person saying that I had to be there at 7:15. I arrived promptly at 7:15 in the parking lot was empty except for one other car. The doors were locked and the lights were out, so I waited outside, after a while I saw a single person inside walking around, turning on the lights and eventually open the door. I went inside and checked in for my exam, he told me to be seated because I will be called any second now. I asked if the nurses are already in because it seems like nobody else is there. He said no, no everyone’s here. I would’ve easily gone out to my car and done some work and rearrange my schedule. Should I thought that this would’ve gone on like it did. So I sat in the waiting room and at 7:40 and went up and asked again saying that my appointment was at 7:30 and he said they’re gonna be calling you any minute. I asked again are you sure people have arrived because it still looks like it’s an empty office. I had not seen anybody walking in and out. He said I already told you everybody’s here. I even said why was I called at 7:15 tonight yet even be seen at 7:40, and he said that’s an automated message that we have no control over. I said automated messages can be programmed to anytime you say, however, this call was a live person. so I sat down again at about 745 he went to the back to check if anybody was in the nurses station and came out without giving me any acknowledgment. At about 750 I decided I’m not going to wait anymore with misinformation. I got up and left. Very disappointed as I had been fasting for the exam I had back to back appointments booked, and I made the time to come in for a bloodwork, I could’ve easily imagined calling my appointments to postpone them if the front desk person were more straightforward with me. But the way this was handled was atrocious. I’m gonna have my blood work done at quest

Dr. Manzi is phenomenal. Holy Cross ... not so much. I tried scheduling an annual biometric screening because of insurance requirements sometime before end of year. Earliest availability is February. I asked if I could just get the blood work requirement. That wasn't possible. I inquired about being on a wait list ... also not possible. Asked if I could walk in to which the response was "absolutely not."While I understand this is a challenging time of year, it's the lack of patient support that is unacceptable. There is a lack of accommodation or willingness to provide alternative solutions so as not to lose long-standing patients.I've referred friends and family for years and always recieved negative feedback about patient onboarding experience. After first hand experience, I fully understand how poorly Holy Cross handles patient care with front office and scheduling.

I have always been happy with the services here for myself and my husband. Yesterday I came here because of a bee sting. I was treated quickly and with the kindest, most compassionate people. From the front desk to the clerk who updated My Chart and then the PA who listened to everything I said and set a course of treatment explaining everything that was going to occur. I couldn't be happier that I chose this facility for treatment.

I had a great experience with Dr Navar — in and out in under 1 hour, and that includes new patient paperwork. The doctor was attentive and knowledgeable, front staff polite. Highly recommend!

6/27/23 My Blood Pressure was running low so I called Dr. Dunhill who is a great Dr.. Dunhill's office and they said they could not get me in. So I went to Holy Cross Urgent Care where they cared for me, and they told me to follow up with my Dr. within the next 2 days. I called Dr. Dunhill's office and told them that I had been in Holy Cross Urgent care, and these were the Urgent care Dr.s instructions. They told me the earliest they could get me in was in 2 weeks. I asked, doesn't it make a difference that the Urgent Care Dr. said I needed to see my Dr. within 2 days and the person on the phone said no. So for your consideration if you are told by an Urgent Care or Emergency Dr. you need to be seen within a couple days this is not a practice that cares about their seriously ill patients, and you will not be seen. Scary isn't it! As a side note Dr. Dunhill is a Holy Cross Dr. and it made no difference that I went to a Holy Cross Urgent care. It does not appear there is cooperation within their organization or professional courtesy between their Dr.s..

Patient service is exceptional. Dr. Manzi is great and Tammy was wonderful in helping me to get an appt asap for my infection.

Waited two months for an appointment to see Dr. Dunhill. I was 15 minutes late because of traffic. I was then told I needed to make another appointment and that the doctor said years ago he remembered I pulled this type of behavior. Every time I’ve been there, there is a 30-45 minute wait to see the doctor. The staff is rude and the doctor thinks he is the only doctor in Fort Lauderdale. Called up Dr. in Hollywood, everyone was so friendly, I will be seeing Dr. Next week and don’t have to go back to a rude , ego driven office.

What a COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME. When asked what my appointment was for, I wrote I needed routine blood work and an annual physical. When I arrived I was told I had to trek 20 minutes away to an WALK-IN ONLY, NO APPOINTMENT outpatient laboratory because they don’t do bloodwork “UnLesS iTs SchEduled BeFoReHand.” Did I not specify my reason for the visit? So of course, they happily collected a $30 copay, asked me how my weekend was, and listened to my heart. Then I was sent to the (walk-in only / no appointments) lab to ROT for 2 hours in a waiting room.I’m visibly in good health and certainly capable of weighing myself but THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. MORETTI FOR YOUR LIVE SAVING MEASURES!

This Medical Group should be SHUT DOWN. I unfortunately had to use Holy Cross for the last 2 years and every single doctor I've seen has failed me. I am going through a serious health crisis and I wasted so much time trying to make progress using Holy Cross. In the end I was forced to change my insurance so I could begin seeing competent doctors that actually take action to resolve my issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would give this 0 stars if it was possible.
