Erion Mucollari was exceptionally patient and accommodating. He’s very well versed and didn’t feel any pressure to purchase yet quite the salesman. Came into the dealership unexpectedly thinking of buying yet he didn’t take advantage of my unpreparedness to my knowledge. I would hire him if it were my business. Very professional and courteous.

As ever, Xavier Diaz handled the service advice with a high degree of professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. The videographic summary of the multi-point inspection created by Jeffrey the Honda-certified technician was remarkably well done. In fact, it was the best presentation of its type that I have ever seen - and I have seen numerous summation videos. The 'Lyft' to the office was very convenient (the driver showed up promptly and off we went).

I really enjoy leaving 5-star reviews for companies, however, in this case, AVOID Holman Honda. The first clue was waiting for the assigned service representative for over fifteen minutes while four other staff members were goofing off.
I made it clear that the primary reason for being there was to diagnose the problem with my air conditioning with a two hour limit because I had to go to work. During the two hours, the mechanics completed a service check (One of those was done less than six weeks ago at the dealership where I bought the car), and indicated they needed a follow-up visit to access the dye that was injected into the system.
So I returned to the dealership where I purchased the car for the repairs. And they found NO dye! I had been lied to.
Two voicemails to the service manager a week apart to register a complaint and ask for a partial return of payment have been ignored.
