Seriously, can't thank Keith enough. Strait up honest guy. Got the job done and RIGHT! He went out of his way to make sure it was truly bolted to my frame. My scooter doesn't budge now and I feel so confident going down the road. Do not look elsewhere if you need hitch welding / attachment. Best out there.

Lou was great. Quoted me 1/2 hour labor and was spot on. 30 minutes later, I was out the door at the promised price. It was very refreshing not to get the typical South Florida mechanic run around. Another shop yesterday quoted an additional $175... and my normally dependable guy didn't even return my messages. Nice guys too.

Tow car for RV flat towing experts
They agreed to help me with my base plate tow car install. After we arrived they called me to inspect potential scratches or damaged items on my new car before they started working.
No issue and no debate about who scratched my brand new car.
Highly recommend great value for the dollar
Call them then call any local rv shop to do the same job.

Had our Jeep set up to tow. Luie and team did a great job. We really appreciated the time he spent going over the process of setting up the tow. Very thorough and patient!! We highly recommend them.

Luie had me in and out within 20 minutes for an assembly install on my truck. No one else in the broward area had the part, he did. Knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

They say your item is back ordered and keep your money. Now you have to dispute with your credit card company. If you buy here expect the same . Seems like everyone has the same experience. This guy should not be allowed to accept credit card payments.

Installed Hitch for my Kia Sorento today!!Fast appointment, excellent customer service, great professionalism, flawless and phenomenal job on the hitch… I can go on with this list all day. I got lucky since I had two guys working for my vehicle but even so, 30 min of hitch installation is astonishing! I got my hitch from U-haul and glad I came here instead of U-haul to install it cause the cost, the timing, the service.. everything was waaaaaay better than U-haul itself. I think this place is the best in town to install your hitch.Thank you HITCHSHOP!! Highly, highly recommend this place.

I called last week to schedule an appointment to get a hitch installed for the following week but they said they don’t usually schedule appointments in advance and to call closer to the date of when I was able to bring the car in. They assured me they don’t usually book up and it wouldn’t be a problem at all. (For context I couldn’t bring the car in right away as it was in the shop for a not a fault accident). Today I called as I just found out the car is done and I wanted to bring the car in either tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday or Monday… turns out now they are all booked up and I’m left scrambling as I am moving out of state on Tuesday.Seems like a very poor way to run a business… not impressed at all.

These guys know what they are doing, don't chance going to another shop. I did my research after flying into Miami, had hitch and wiring installed and towed 1,300 miles over the next two days without any issues or concerns. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Not one negative thing can I say about this place, they are the Best and thank god I found them. I drove from palm beach county to go to them and saved a ton of money and most importantly got a top rate job. Their attention to detail on the installation of the Stay and Play brake system and the Night Hawk tow system and tow plates on our Jeep and Rv was outstanding. So many places slop things in and cut without concern but not these guys. La Mesa and Gander were about a $1000 more. All the work I had done at La Mesa was a Disaster. Funny part is La Mesa asked me to write a 5 star review so the salesman could get a $100 bonus and these guys never even asked. There is a reason these guys have such an amazing reputation and reviews.

Keith & staff are the best! Our Tow Jeep for our RV had problems with the Braking system and they were able to diagnose, fix the valve and add a trickle charger for the Jeep battery for long trips. Thank you for excellent & quality service!
