This hotel has to have the worst GM and F&B Management in the world.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
In Town for the Ft Lauderdale Boat show with 100,000 other people using hotels and restaurants. Paying Hilton over $500++ per night each room for 3 night stay, 2 rooms.
After walking 2-3-4 miles per day at the boat show only wanted to come back to the hotel have a drink and decompress.
However this hotel management has made the decision to CLOSE THE POOL BAR AT 5PM, and no consideration to people who are out working or visiting town might want to come back to the hotel buy some of their $10-$15 drinks and decompress an hour or two before getting ready for dinner.
So the options are the VERY VERY SMALL AND CROWDED LOBBY BAR WITH INSANELY LOUD MUSIC or the hotel or someone else has a little patio bar on the street. But during the boat show someone thought it would be a great idea to do a private party in that bar.
SO FOR US OUR ONLY OPTION WAS TO BUY A DIET COKE OR BEER AT THE HILTON FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH FRONT HOTEL CONVENIENT STORE AND SIT ON THE SIDEWALK.
Absolutely NO reason or common sense not to keep the hotel pool bar open from 5-6 or 5-7 so people that don’t want a concert in the lobby bar can go and relax and have a drink.
Really really bad business sense.
Then to make matters worse we went to our room and decided to order room service. After seeing the lunch room service menu we thought we would relax in our room with a dinner. NOT A CHANCE. THE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AT THIS HOTEL IS AT IT AGAIN.
The management of this HILTON RESORT that charges $500++ per room per nigh rooom per night CLOSES THE RESTAURANT AT 5pm JUST BEFORE DINNER TIME!!!!
You cannot make this up. How does Hilton Hotels allow this CRAPPY execution of services and totally ignoring of its guest?.
Now our only option is to order from their little convenient store that they want to call a cafe. IT IS NOT!!
I refuse to give them another dime. Ordering from Door Dash and moving my next stays to the Marriott where they know how to take of the guest.

The room and location are as nice as in any 5 star hotel you have ever been to on vacation.
Rooms: Regardless of your requirements for a great room, you will find your expectations were exceeded by a large margin! Upgrade to full ocean front and be impressed.
Nearby activities: You are across from the ocean, near excellent food and drinks, and easy access to stores and marina.
Walkability: Easy walking and safe.
Food and drinks: Eat dinner at the casablanca cafe! The breakfast at the Hilton was a 5 star with excellent service by Elvira!

We arrived on Oct 21 when we got there they offed us an upgrade it was $70 a night that was 570. Included tax’s I said that’s all that will be charged to our card will be 570. He said yes then we get hit with a 986.00 bill with all these hidden charges, when I called to see what the extra was they told me it was a resort fee which was $45 a day FOR WHAT!! they said we got 2 bottles of water a day and the use of there chairs We never got the water just the 1 day we were there they only left 1 roll of toilet paper a day we had to use the box of Kleenex and we only got 2 towels a day and we had to call twice for towels then the room key wouldn’t work so we had to wait for someone to come up 15 minutes PLEASE PLEASE !!!!!’ always ask about hidden fees because I got screwed and they wouldn’t refund the extra fees even if you call, I was told not to go here for some of the same reasons but I said I will try it for myself, I should have listened, especially when the would remove the resort fee that gave us nothing!!!!!

Unbelievable Ilios limited to guests since elevator requires room key. Complained to mayor twice. Had to order with chef Omar Flores who served me himself.

Booking the hotel is expensive, but it does end there, you get charge an additional daily, plus valet parking fee which sums up to another $100 a day. Also, beach seats were included but had to pay $30 for each beach umbrella. We had 6 rooms, and they wanted to charge $180.
Safety: Fully Sprinklered and up to date fire alarm
System. Balcony doors had proper locks. Room access card would only allow access to your floor.
Food and drinks: Expensive

This day has been such a nightmare! I don't even know where to start. Let's begin with the manager, Shaun.
We were promised a $50 credit per day when we booked. We were told no. Shaun compromised with a $50 total credit.
We are hoping that when we we checkThe a/c in the hotel was not working and was sweltering upon checkin. When we entered the room the floors were dirty and it appeared to not have been cleaned.
We were promised a "birthday treat" since we booked there for our birthdays.
We have not received anything yet.
The customer service is yet to to be desired. The room was not cleaned the next day at all. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service on this beautiful property.
I hope that upon return we will be compensated for our bad service and services.

BOY WHAT A LET DOWN ??
Being a Hilton Honors member I had high hopes for this hotel. The only nice part of this hotel was the beachfront location and 3rd party restaurant “S3” on the street level.
We booked this particular trip through a 3rd party app (JetBlue vacations) from the moment we arrived we felt as if they knew we saved money and wanted every dollar back. Telling us our room wouldn’t be ready for hours and pressuring us to upgrade to a room double the price. The only friendly staff here were the few bellhops and restaurant staff (who make money off tips) Anytime we wanted towels or drinks it was like pulling teeth meanwhile others walked up or got service with no issues. Or we were questioned about our room number name as if we were outsiders who snuck in.
Seating at the laughably small icebath of a pool was limited unless you paid for upgraded cabanas or day beds and there was no explanation why some chairs were reserved or how we could reserve chairs ourselves.
During this particular week we stayed there was a work convention for “spark” as well as a photo/video shoot for spirit airlines. Both seemingly took precedence over all hotel guests, with half the pool area closed for hours and elevators dedicated to these groups leaving all guests waiting for elevators upwards of 10min. This was also outside of the exclusive elevator that brought you to the rooftop bar that may as well have been guarded by the secret service the way the bald doorman in all black that had such a god complex shoeing away any curious guests.
The rooms were not very inviting and not very clean either there were stains on the pillowcase and the floors didn’t feel clean.
The bathroom had multiple damages inside it, from stained tiles scratched & chipped tub/ sink, 90% of the wall paper was peeling up, fixtures were loose or previous fallen off and were reinstalled without patching the walls. The room we booked didn’t have a balcony which we knew ahead of time but there was no functioning windows or fan which left the room feeling stale.
Granted this isn’t a 5 star all inclusive but I have gotten better rooms and service from roadside hotels. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel nor will we be returning.
Hopefully this will make at least one group reconsider their decisions

The service was awful. Called an hour ago and also made 3 phone calls and still haven't received the extra toilet paper we requested. They said, the housekeeping staff is working down the list and are behind due to the number of guest. Thanks for the excuse and still no action. Had to walk all the way to the lobby to get it. Also the rooms are dated and not that clean...they don't vacuum it or mop the floors. Found hair in the shower when we arrived. Microwave doesn't work either. There was also only 1.5 elevators working for 24 floors. At least a 10 min wait. One elevator is for some lounge only. One wasn't working and one was sometimes used as a service elevator. Unacceptable and not what you expect from a Hilton and the premium prices they charge for a busy, popular, weekend. Location is great, right across the beach.

Hilton is the best hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Customer service the best in the country. Managers all highly skilled. Valet attendant Sebastian went above & beyond. Owner knows how to run this place. 100 percent.
Rooms: Clean and beds comfy. Pillows excellent
Safety: The lobby is secure and organized. Valet is definitely a plus. It was quick and prompt.
Food and drinks: Chef at restaurant, incredible. The manager of place was a great problem solver. As a former educator, I'm extremely observant. It's the perfect place for children & parents. The view was beautiful at night. My burger was delicious. It was decorated in a green and simple table decor yet luxurious.
This makes it Awesome for families.

Professional staff, was contacted one day prior to my scheduled reservation by Kenya. The reservation was made for my parents as a gift post cruise. Kenya took down my parents information and their check in was seamless.
Room had beachside view, and clean. Close walking distance to the beach with beautiful pool.
The staff informed my parents of available dining options and shops nearby. This to me was stand out, as this is my parents first visit to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. My parents teared up from the experience and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful their stay was. Thank you, Hilton staff for making this trip so memorable to my parents.
I wish could upload images. But, my parents recorded videos :)
Safety: Very secure area in where you can enjoy walks on beach or to local shops.
Food and drinks: There is a shopping area close to hotel. Additionally, 3 restaurants on site along with buffet. My parents identified food was tasty.

Some of the dirtiest and lazily updated rooms I have ever stayed in. Plumbing fixtures, tile grout, and shower are just disgusting. $1,100.00 for 2 nights and any hotel half the price would've been nicer.
