We have shipped two vehicles with High End Transport, the first one in 2020 and the most recent one just a few weeks ago. I have to say both experiences were phenomenal. The process was very smooth and Angel and team worked with us with our volatile schedule moving across country without missing a beat. Highly recommended!

Vehicle came in and looked great. The gentleman taking it off of the vehicle was a pro, and had the tires right in the center of the tracks backing it off. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would easily give them a 10. I will use this organization again. My only complaint is that nobody picks up the phone to speak to you when you reach out. Very pleased with the end result, and I would recommend them after 15 years in the industry having pretty much seen it all.

We worked with Angel on transportation arrangements for our new car being delivered from Minnesota to Kansas. We had a few delayed days before the car was ready for pickup, and Angel did an excellent job of communicating and making arrangements with us ahead of time, so they were ready for pickup/delivery, once the car was released. Angel was very prompt in responding to our questions, and we would highly recommend them for any transportation needs you may have!

Angel put me at ease immediately and helped with a logistically difficult job and vehicle relocation literally across the country. I absolutely recommend High End Transport as everything went smoothly, on-time, and with excellent communication from Angel and the driver. Took a lot of stress off me after you hear bad experiences from others and don't know who to trust. You CAN trust Angel and I thank him for our recent positive experience.

How do I give you 10 stars? I'm 100% happy with the service from beginning to delivery. Angel and his staff are attentive, knowledgeable and professional. When I spoke to Angel, he gave me all the information and answered all my questions and concerns. The driver assigned to transport my classic car was super nice to my pickup contact person in Florida and I met him at delivery time in NC, and he's the most pleasant man. My car was delivered in excellent condition and faster than expected. I recommend this company and give them not 5, but 10 stars. Thank you so much for an outstanding service!!!!

I was in a jam and needed my vehicle shipped from Florida to NJ ASAP on Thursday 5/5/22. That afternoon, I contacted High End Transport and spoke with Angel who took my call immediately, provided me with an expeditious solution, and alleviated my stress!!! I received emails/texts promptly with quote/shipping info/contract, and follow up phone call to discuss any questions or concerns. Less then TWO HOURS later my car was in the hands of Tiffany at High End Transport who assured me once again that it would be shipped quickly and with the utmost care. Tiffany constantly kept me updated with pick-up, route info and estimated arrival time. I flew home to NJ on Friday and Tiffany kept in contact with updates regarding the transportation and delivery. My Mercedes was delivered late Saturday afternoon 5/7/22 in perfect condition and I couldn't have been more happy!!!!!!!! I can not give high enough praise to High End Transport for their excellent customer service and professionalism!!!!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars for service I would!!!! I would Recommend High End Transportation without any hesitation! If you don't use them for your auto transport needs, do so at your own risk. When I need to ship again in the fall back to Florida there is only one call I need to make and that is to High End Transport!!!!!! A++++++ service!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

After trying to communicate with a few other car hauling companies without luck I was referred to Angel @ High End Transport. He immediately took my call and shared a few details (to-from, vehicle, etc) and as promised I received a email & text quote and then confirmed everything by phone. The updates were beyond what I expected (picked up, in route, estimated arrival, etc.). My Range Rover was delivered ahead of the estimated time and was without any damages. The odometer reading at pickup & delivery were identical. I would highly recommend Angel @ High End Transport without hesitation!

Be Aware! They will quote you one price and then they will claim that they are not making any money! Then the owner will start gauging you for more money. I dealt with Angel Carbonel the owner. After several phone conversations with him, his true face and intentions became more and more obvious. He is unprofessional, very rude, lacks patience, Screams a lot over the phone, very weak to hold up a phone conversation and obviously has an anger issue. This company lacks integrity and proper work ethics. Angel thinks he is the only one that understands and knows it all! He assumes everyone else is stupid. He wastes your time and gives you empty promises and then will ask for more money. This is a dirty way of doing business. I will strongly avoid using this company! He also threaten me to leave negative reviews for my company in retaliation. He can't understand that he is the one that did everything wrong! He is super irresponsible individual that can't accept the truth. He is an unprofessional operator.
