The least efficient veterinary hospital I have ever experienced. 1 doctor working with ten dogs in waiting room. Doctor spent 45 minutes with one patient.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Heroes Veterinarian Clinic, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Regrettably, my visit disappointed me deeply, primarily due to the clinic's abysmal customer service and apparent lack of compassion for animals. Starting with making an appointment over the phone is when I should not have gone further..... When I stepped into the clinic, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and cold. The front desk staff, particularly the women, displayed a shocking level of condescension, rudeness, and indifference. Their demeanor was nothing short of appalling, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment for both pet owners and their beloved companions. As someone who deeply cares for animals, it was disheartening to witness the apparent absence of genuine love and compassion for the animals in their care. The lack of empathy and understanding was evident throughout my visit, further exacerbating the distressing experience. Aside from the regrettable behavior of the front desk staff, the overall level of customer service provided by Heroes Veterinarian Clinic was simply unacceptable. The team seemed disinterested and dismissive of my concerns, failing to provide clear and comprehensive explanations regarding my pet's health. As a consumer, I believe it is essential for businesses, especially those in veterinary care, to prioritize exceptional customer service and demonstrate unwavering compassion for animals. Unfortunately, Heroes Veterinarian Clinic fell far short of these expectations, leaving me with a lasting impression of disappointment and dissatisfaction. I strongly urge the management of Heroes Veterinarian Clinic to address these serious issues promptly. Improving customer service and fostering a more compassionate environment should be their utmost priority. Pet owners entrust their animals' well-being to veterinary clinics, and such establishments must uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism. In light of my experience, I regretfully cannot recommend Heroes Veterinarian Clinic to others seeking compassionate and reliable veterinary care for their beloved pets. I sincerely hope the clinic takes steps to rectify these concerns, as it would be a disservice to both animals and their owners to continue providing such subpar customer service.

We have been with Heroes for a little over 7 yrs now & they have always been wonderful! From the kindest girls at the front desk to the very knowledgeable veterinary technicians the service is always above & beyond! Dr Cometto is our veterinarian & she is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, & she doesn't rush you if you have questions. It is easy to see how much she really cares about our pups well being which means the world to us! Also, they always provide you with detailed pricing for services & are very fair. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Heroes for our pups!

unfortunately one of the veterinarians there is an extremely unpleasant individual at least that was my impression because of the way she spoke to me with no provocation. Take your chances - the other vets are very good and I was very happy with them until yesterday when I was berated for no other reason than I mentioned that I didn't want to give my 13 year old dog anesthesia unless it was absolutely necessary. and you can't choose what doctor you see apparently you see whoever is available. i'm so disappointed because finding a new vet is very stressful.

Just contacted (4/24/2023) Heroes on Commercial and was informed that they are not accepting new patients at this time. Really disappointed as they received such good reviews.

I took my dog Brock to Heroes Veterinary for the first time and I have to say I was very impress from the front desk to the assistant and Dr.Kristen Cometto. Everyone was so helpful and so nice and kind. I will be back and this will be my dogs new vet and doctor from now on. They do not try to rip you off or push any medicines, test or lab work on you unlike other vets down the street which are awful !!!!! If your looking for a clean, nice and great Doctors / Veterinary bring you pet to "Heroes Veterinary" you won't be disappointed.

After trying numerous other veterinarians we returned to heroes with my senior dog Bianca and I couldn't be happier!!!! The service is excellent, prices are reasonable and Dr Vaujin is the absolute best, caring, professional, knowledgeable- I am very pleased and I recommend this clinic for your furry babies!!!

Really good vet clinic, good attention and reasonable costs. The doctors and technicians are caring and dedicated, and spend as much time as needed with their patients and to educate their human family. The front desk attendants are very kind and dedicated as well and they are knowledgeable, plus the facilities are clean and spacious--so you feel your fur babies are in good hands since you walk in. Ample dedicated parking and "poop bags" and grass area outside are another plus.

Staff is great service outstanding and I go everytime I come visit my daughter for those rolls Omg my steak is always perfect too so if your looking for good eating off I95 this would be the place but get a room you'll be to tired and full to drive...lol

I would like to thank the staff and doctors at Heroes Spay & Neuter Clinic. For taking great care of MeMe over the past 10 years. I Thank you for being so kind to me in my hour of need, when I had to let my baby go today. March 9, 2022. May she rest in the arms of our Lord and Savior. I'm going to really miss her, but the doctor knew it was best for her. Now my baby MeMe don't have to suffer any more. Thanks Heroes, you all are super troopers. I will recommend others to come and visit and check with your staff, your the greatest, even though my heart is breaking. Your staff showed my family and I. Excellent service. Miss Carrie Robinson
