I have been coming to the pharmacy for two years and never had an issue. I usually deal with the owner. Today I walked in the store to see if they have my medication in stock and the employees were so rude and refused to help me. or answer any questions ? They even told me I wasn’t a regular customer because when I was out of town I picked up my medication at another pharmacy. I guess because their boss wasn’t there they didn’t want to be bothered ? They told me I have to wait for the owner to come in and ask again if my medication was in stock then proceeds to walk into the back. I waited at the counter. Then when he returned to the front he acted like I was invisible and started helping the next customer? Again, in two years I never had any issue with the owner or going in to ask a question or advice. Today I felt so disrespected and I won’t be going back.

There's a reason this pharmacy was voted Fort Lauderdale's best in 2022 (again). The staff is friendly, helpful and fast. Today I was prescribed a medication that was unfamiliar to me. I had no idea the retail price was $300 until the pharmacist told me - then he suggested contacting the Doctor to see if a generic could be substituted. He called the Dr and saved me 90%! Amazing. I can't imagine going back into a CVS.

This is a great pharmacy...efficient...fast and reasonably priced. My dermatologist Dr. Wilkerson recommended this pharmacy because one item was a compounding prescription. I appreciated the professionalism of the pharmacist as I spoke with him on the phone and all others who answered my call. Thank you for your efficiency and pleasent delivery service to my home. They had a Rx medication that was out of supply at all of the major retailers. Friendly service that went out of their to make sure I had a chance to speak with the pharmacist. Order was filled very quickly! I’m never going back to a CVS or Walgreens ever again - highly recommend!
