They had limited masseuse for my sister’s bday party of 4. I was limited to a facial. Which is the only reason for not giving all stars. Overall Michelle, was wonderful and the service received was great.

I recently visited Hand & Stone for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes late for my 3 PM appointment due to heavy rain, which was out of my control. Despite this, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled.
I had paid for a 1-hour massage, but the session started at 3:20 and ended at 3:55. The massage felt rushed, more like a quick application of oil rather than a thorough, relaxing experience.
I understand the importance of punctuality, but given the circumstances, a bit more understanding and hospitality would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't plan on returning.

This establishment left a really bad taste in my mouth. They don’t let you know in advance when there is a change in their policy-
And also they ask you to come in 30 minutes before the actual appointment and they are late with the service!
The staff is not helpful and their attitude is very nonchalant

This place is real mess from appointments canceled on me to rude massage therapists who walk out me because I ask for a modification of massage pressure this lady's name is Dana. There's noone in charge there you don't know who can help you. Every time I ask to resolve an appointment or a cancelation I have to speak on the phone with a remote customer service team not the in house ones.

Advertised a a 1 hour massage with the disclaimer that the 1 hour includes consultation, dress/undress and cleaning.
My masseuse was late to call me back and ended the massage 10 minutes before the hour was over.
It is a 45 minute massage. I miss the truth.

I lover this place until recently. I have been a member for two years. In the past I was told by the staff to use the app or to call to book appointments, which I have always done.
I booked an appointment on the app ans they told me I was doubled booked. after driving all the way there, they wanted to blame me for using the app and not calling. They refused to do anything to resolve the issue and basically said too bad. This assistant manager and director are horrible and will not be back.
The other staff member have been super nice.
Horrible management at its finest!

I have been calling for two days to cancel my appointment and no one answers or calls back. I was able to speak with someone and she put me on hold and never came back. This location has the wost customer service. I have been to several locations but this location has the worst front desk service.

I can't say enough good things about the facial service I got from Natalie last week. My skin looked glowing, healthy and rejuvenated. It was exactly what I needed to feel "myself" again. Her extraction skills are amazing! <3

Great place to have a massage the receptionist where so friendly and nice. I had Annetta as my therapist she is AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND SO SO NICE BY FAR THE BEST DEEP MASSAGE Y EVER HAD. Ask for her she know what is she doing. 10/10. The place really nice and clean. I recommend it 100%.

Maria Chávez provided an excellent experience from beginning to end! She asked me what my trouble areas were and she paid special attention to them when giving me the massage. She was able to release several knots on my back and neck, leaving me feeling relaxed.

María C was great. She’s very attentive and leaves you feeling relaxed. She’s very good at finding trigger points and loosen them up. I will definitely be back to see her!
