My friend got a tattoo Friday night, it’s now Sunday (it’s been two days) and the tattoo is completely gone. I’ve never had this happen before. I would like a refund.found out that the girl who did my tattoo is not a real tattoo artist but straight out of prison.

Tattoos YES - Piercings NOOOOO
First of all - Jesy the tattoo artist is AMAZING and kind and good. So please do see her for tattoos. However - DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE FOR ANY REASON. The piercer did not know what they were doing, and severely injured me, I immediately took my lip piercing out because of the swelling and bruising they caused. And then she had the audacity to say the profuse bleeding was normal. Photos are only hours after failed attempt to do lip piercing, so the bruising is going to be worse before it’s better. A group of friends and I went here for a touch -up of our tattoos. We had Jesse & she was accommodating, funny & did a good job. All five of us are so pleased with her & our tattoos !!

Here for a vacation and stumbled up on this place. SO HAPPY I DID!! My best friend and I both got a tattoo and she got a piercing and although the work was spectacular, the conversations and connections is what we really loved! Definitely check this place out if you want quality work done!!!!

Here for vacation, me and my father went to the bar across the street and ended up coming into the shop. Very glad we did, although I didn’t catch the names of the gentlemen who provided us service. (wishing I did now). We came in and got a piercing and two tattoos! And was out of there in a hour flat 11/10 loved the music and the vibes the guys put on. Felt super comfortable. Provided great work will definitely be back. ?

I got a tattoo here about a year ago and was told that I had free touch ups for life. It is a tattoo with 5 little airplanes all in black ink. One of the 5 planes got infected and I do not live in the Fort Lauderdale area. I am in Fort Lauderdale this week and I went in to the shop today to get it touched up. I was told by the “owner” and “manager” that this is not the sho policy regarding touch ups and that the artist no longer works at the shop. The owner accused me of accusing them that they didn’t use sterile needles. Needless to say, I clearly wasn’t going to win this battle so I gave up. It’s not the most clean place to begin with but I originally figured that I would give it a shot because what could go wrong with a simple tattoo. You live and you learn, DO NOT GO HERE. The shop happens to be perfectly set up for all of the intoxicated people leaving the bars nearby. Please folks, do not go give them your money just to have a similar experience.

First pic is right after it was done, second pic is over a week ago- at a month old.
TODAY IT IS 36 days since i got that tattoo, and it’s basically gone. ?I’ve been calling for over a WEEK now to talk to someone and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of.
Now, I don’t want to hear “it’s a foot tattoo, it’s going to fade”… this was gone before it was healed! We are part time residents, not spring breakers, so we were not in the pool/ocean… not in sand. And after care of course was up to par as I have several other tattoos and know how to take care of them.
I just want it fixed!!! We got these as best friend tattoos! And paid good money for them!

This place really really really sucks. Majority of Delta & Jewel products are fake. The owner Miguel is nasty, and when asked simple questions, he gets condescending and disrespectful. With countless smoke shops in the vicinity there's absolutely no reason to go to this one.*****AVOID*****

Wally and Roo gave excellent service! Came here on a whim and my husband and I both got piercings with ease and such professionalism. Would recommend this shop to anyone!

Owner is very rude. Will sell you a vape that is faulty and then tell you there is no refund, no warranty and to suck it up. He vented to me saying this happens 300 times a month with his vapes so I told him maybe it's his vendor and he had a complete melt down.. lost a customer that has been here many times.
