Buyer beware. This used to be a place where you can go and find good value. The new manager thinks he’s running a for profit business trying to get more money than he would get at a brand new store. Greed has taken over and stuff just sits there that is overpriced. They don’t even lower the prices anymore. Shame on you. I will report them to the IRS!!!

Great place to shop. The manager Mark is awesome and gave us a great deal on some vintage-style chairs. Prices are somewhat higher than other thrift stores but everything is very high quality. Tons of couches, mattresses, and headboards. Definitely a place to check out

I could say the customer service is great even though My application was denied after the home visit but that life i would encourage everyone to apply maybe you have a better chance than me that was my dream to partner with habitat unfortunately after the home visit they denied me

Way overpriced for furniture and got overcharged by their “round up donation.” Bought a $3 surge protector and a $2 paint brush and the cashier asked me if I wanted to round up my change to a whole number, I said sure. Next day, I see a $13 charge on my car instead of the $6 or $7 it should’ve been at most.

This place needs an IRS audit. Donated items are resold at 150% of its value. Not the old Habitat I once relied on. I’d encourage donors to donate elsewhere if they’re donating for humanity.

Habitat for Humanity is undoubtedly one of my favorite organizations starting by one of my favorite American presidents Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalyn. This store supports the work that they do in communities to help build homes for families who need a little extra extra help. The store is well appointed and has various departments and is full of attendants that are more than willing to help help you find just what you need.

Had a great experience at Habitat! The staff were very attentive and helpful, and they coordinated the delivery for all the incredible furniture I purchased for my new apartment. And the prices are even better!

The pick up people were horrible. Complaining about the parking. Then complaining about the elevator. “We don’t do this, we don’t do that.” When they saw the size of the sofa which I had warned was large, they said they saw my cat and would not take the sofa. Sofas had no cat fur. Just starting complaining about that. I asked them to leave. These were $15k custom sofas from 10 years ago. Pick up not dependable. Salvation Army got the sofas. I would donate another way.

This store prices went up. Quality went down. I think they changed the manager for building supplies. That guy was smart , gave good discounts, and moved the stuff around. The new manager keeps prices up, with no discounts , even on broken stuff, and the stuff sits there for months.. they have become so greedy. I even saw a toilet selling for 4k.. one that cost 5k . Why on earth will someone buy it from here , save 1k , have no warranty, and get something añl beat up. This store is meant for poor people. They expect designers to come and shop here.. ?

They don’t honor prices. Everything is over priced as it is. The tv stand had 3 prices on it they would not take the lowest one at all. Kept saying it was on there by mistake. Not my problem.
