I dropped my laptop, and could not get it to start. I called H&J, spoke to Josh, and he set up a plan to get me up & running right away. He kept me up to date throughout the entire process, and set me up with a great plan to keep my important stuff backed up.

went to H&J Electronics looking for a small electronic part. At first they told me they did not have the part, but told me where they thought I could get it. I thanked them and was in my car ready to drive away when one gentleman ran out to stop me. He had found a cable that was what I was looking for. He gave me the cable and when I asked him how much , he said nothing. He would not accept any money from me , there are a lot of good people in this world and I ran into one today. If you need anything electronic give this place a try, I don't think you will regret it GOOD PEOPLE

Needed an adapter for an older computer. Josh was very friendly and didn't charge me for it wow. I definitely recommend this company.

I want to first start off by saying these are good guys, but I was blind sided by the return policy which was later explained to me. They only take returns in store credit. Then I tried to get some hard drives shipped with the store credit that I needed for a project and the items never came. After calling to ask about it I was made aware that the item needed a signature which no one made me aware of. So the item got shipped back to them. Like I preference before great guys. Just wasn’t satisfied with the service overall.

Josh recommended a powerful and fast laptop to accommodate my marketing business needs. Josh, Mike and Gregg were amazing. I work Budget signs and water got into my battery backup (don't ask) Anywhew everyday has to ship this contraption and in small businesses we really don't have time for that. Found these guys on Google and no lie 10 min or less I was in. Got a free diagnostic to make sure we didn't loose the computer and now I am off to pick up lunch with a new battery that we have been looking for in the stores for over a week. Thanks again guys.
