I had a great experience with this Gunther location, specifically the used auto center. The ease of the process began with Goldie, who was very nice and helpful. She was fast and efficient when we began emailing. Then, warm, and welcoming when we met in person. I was then paired with the salesman Julian. He was amazing. There was no pressure felt. He looked out for me in every way possible while still doing his job. I have bought several cars in my lifetime, and he was by far the best salesman I have encountered. Eric, who I believe was the office manager, was easy to talk to and fair with the value of my trade in. The financing representative, Robert, made the process smooth and looked for the best deal for me. There was one other employee who assisted me with my original car, sadly, I don’t know his name, but he was great as well!

As great of an experience as buying a used car can be. Our salesperson, Julian was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without any pressure or sales pitches to close the deal. I have been buying cars at Gunther for many years and will continue to do so thanks to our latest experience.
They have a lot to choose from and offer very competitive prices in today's market.

Jennifer Jette is a must! You must go see Jennifer Jette at Gunther Volkswagen! This woman is a very dedicated, intelligent, sophisticated, outstanding saleswoman and will give you the best deals! Jennifer got me into my dream car and it would have never happened without her! Her customer service is outrageous. Honestly Volkswagen is very lucky to have her as part of their team. Many sales people are very quick to push a car on you without caring if you are happy. Jennifer made sure that I was happy all around me and I suffer from anxiety. She made it as smooth sailing as possible and I couldn’t Be happier with the Results of my Beautiful New SUV! If you are considering getting a vehicle at the dealership, I highly recommend you see Jennifer Jette! You have my word you will not be disappointed! the title transfer service they use is not good. I am already on my second temporary license plate and have no evidence that this is going to be okay and have no information other than the title will come in the mail.The actual car and sales process was good.Update: Got decal and title 6 weeks after purchase, obviously there is opportunity for improvement there.

I was in the market for a used/preowned car. Unsure of where to go, a family friend recommended Gunther Pre-Owned. I was leery due to not having been to a dealership in the longest time. From the moment I went in I knew that this was the right choice.Cody the GM welcomed me in with open arms and assured me he would do his very best to make this process efficient and the best experience I’ve had yet!Vlad the finance manager. Made the final dealings of the process effortless and seamless!Mike Y. from Service texted me after my purchase and assured me that if I needed anything at all to text him directly, now that is dedicated!Eric my sales man was the cherry on top! From the time I got my car to my first service appointment he has kept in touch to make sure I was loving my new car !!! He is an asset to this place !!

Bought a car from Gunther, there were some missing items, which they promised to find or replace them. It’s been about 6 months and they never found or replaced the missing items. If buying a car from this place, make sure everything is in the car on delivery day, can’t trust them.

My experience at Gunther Motors was GREAT. I got a pre owned mazda 6 and i love it. Leather seats..looking brand new with 45000 miles. Ask for Seth....but he comes out and greet me as i was walking in. Very nice and accomadating...not pushy.

Just bought a mazda 6 touring plus, and love the car. My sales representative was Danny. I have bought 3 cars in my life. Did not enjoy my car buying experience, felt like i was always getting pressured and wasnt sure if I was getting the best deal. But Danny was super nice, made me feel like he was on my team. Always came back with better numbers and never once said he couldnt do something for me. Even throw in nice rubber mats. Whenever the next time I buy a car, the first person I am calling is Danny.
