My car was done on time but the service writer needs to be educated a brake job is much more important than a front end alignment it cost Gunther over 1,000. Dollars for a 200.hundred job another dealer got the job . To bad Gunter KIA

Don't bother coming into the service dept without a appointment.Also, some of the service people that are supposed to be helping you walk right by you and never ask or tell you "I'll be right over to help you" ...They leave everything to text responses ,when ever they send em .?

Very good work, but waing time is too long. Last time here, I am moving to DelRay Kia, because there, the service is faster. Gunther Kia is too congested.

We have a Kia here in lighthouse point about 6 minutes from us, But because Gunther motor company Kia is so generous with time and explanation and customer service is fantastic We will travel the 25 minutes to get there from now on!

My first oil change (4 month old vehicle) cost me $100. They wouldn't honor my purchase agreement from another dealer. Check engine light was on for 3 days then shut off before the appt. They couldn't find anything wrong but took 4 hours doing so.

Sales people are not truthful about options on cars. Dealer prep on cars is not satisfactoryNo follow-up after sale. When I purchased car, dealer never told me that my old plate was a temporary switch to my new car. After I received the title I checked it online and found that the tag associated with the title was not my tag. I inquired to DMV and this is where I found out that my old tag was temporary switch until my new tag arrived. When I called this dealer, they told me that my new plate has been at the dealer for about 3 weeks. I never got a call, Email or mail notice.I also have a problem with the Memory seats, the memory does not hold the mirror setting like my old sorento did. The owner's manual states it should. Before I bought the car, I was told that the car had that feature along with auto day/night rear view mirror. It also was supposed to have a 110 volt outlet. Not there either. The service department as well as salesperson stated that those features were probably missed in design of my model carMine is a high end model, hard to believe that manufacturer "missed those features" in design of my model carI don't recommend using this dealer for anything. I am a very unhappy camper!

Was getting my car serviced I weird about 15 minutes just to get checked in because nobody acted like I was there and eventually a gentleman spoke to me took my car right in and my car was finished within an hour and 20 minutes or so so the service is pretty quick once they get started but It felt a little weird that nobody would greet me as I was standing in front of the main area as employees just walk right past me without acknowledging my existence just seemed weird to me like it looked like they were trying hard not to work at me and the other people waiting
