They performed scheduled maintenance end during routine inspection, noted worn rear brake pads. They took the time to show me the pads before replacing them.

I bought my vehicle at this location a while back. I’ve always done the service here for years, but recently with the new manager coming in everything has changed. I brought my car in. That was a completely different unfriendly atmosphere. I could hear yelling in the back with the managers yelling at employees also, when I gave my vehicle three days, nobody called me. I kept on calling and leaving messages. Still, nobody called me. I even called the gentleman manager who didn’t call me I don’t know why, my vehicle was broke my panels with a lot of attitude. They finally fix fixed. I even asked them for my safety to put air in the tires from the very beginning. They never did that. They didn’t even check the vehicle. They do on their Complementary check that they do. Unfortunately, this place has gone to hell. Nobody cares anymore. I will probably go be going to another. Kia location goes from a grade to zero.
Anybody going there go at your risk they may break things out and not tell you

I called yesterday to make an appointment for a oil change. Happy to say I was given an appointment for the next day. Rommel my service advisor was very helpful and professional got in and out fairly quick.

Even with an appmt. I had to wait 2 hours for the frust oil change 6678 miles and that was without the washing they usually do. I could not wait any longer. Too long of a service and there is no possible walk in during others days. That was canceled months before when I tried. I would not use this dealer anymore to lease or buy. They offer free 3 year maintance but it is not worth the time we have to wait for service rendered. But customer satisfaction thru the service delays.

Excellent service! Worth the 20 min drive. Greeted with friendly smile, updated throughout the process, (they sent me a video of how they fixed the issue) clean customer waiting area!
