Griffin Moving and Storage were excellent. They made a very stressful experience smoother. Moved after 30 years from South Florida to Orlando. They did a video quote which was easy and were very up front on including fee for gas and travel out of the area. When moving day came they were careful and efficient. Finished quickly. They arrived on time and finished just a bit early. Arrived in our new location also on time. The guys were helpful and efficient as well as careful with our belongings. Our move even came in under quote with no surprise fees! I highly recommend using them!

Griffin did an outstanding job at both storing our furniture and moving it into our home here in Florida. Everything arrived in great condition and the team that came out were outstanding. I have recommended to friends and wanted to thank them again here.

We cant say enough great things about Griffin Moving & Storage. They amazing from start to finish. From our first call to having our possessions arrive last week, they were terrific. Incredibly responsive, courteous, communicative and always professional. The team that did the final deliver were equally wonderful.Bravo Jack and his team at Griffin Moving.

Moving is such a very stressful experience, but leave it to Griffin Moving and Storage to take care of you !This 3rd generation family-owned company led by Captain Jack along with his excellent crew made the experience more pleasant and less traumatic.From getting the estimate ( Scott) to scheduling and answering customer-related questions ( Diane) to the actual move day, Griffin Moving was excellent, efficient and very professional!!!Shout out to Joey and Mayra for being amazing, calm and hardworking movers! They definitely know their craft and great at what they do AND they do it with such caring, friendly and respectful attitude !Also amazing was John, Rocky and Kevin which made a great team.I don’t expect to move anytime soon but I would HIGHLY recommend Griffin Moving to anyone planning to move in the near future!

Boy, were they amazing during the initial sales process. I fell for them hook line and sinker! Scott Griffin had me on a video chat, and it seemed too good to be true. They weren't the most expensive. They weren't the cheapest. They seemed fair and reasonable. I even purchased the $40,000 insurance protection for all my goods. And used them for storage for a few months. The RED FLAGS began before moving day. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! I mean NEVER. I called every single day. I emailed every single day. Trying to find out when they were coming and what time they were coming. Finally on the morning of the move, I got a call at 8 o'clock saying they'll be there in 20 minutes. I was really upset, to say the least. We weren't living at the property at the time. And had to race to get there in the pouring rain. It got worse from there. Their storage facility boasts air controlled. LIES. Everything was covered in a rusty brown dust that penetrated so much of our furniture and we even tried to have stuff cleaned. No luck. Our expensive throw pillows are garbage now. They damaged so much of our property, really expensive furniture, unable to be cleaned or repaired, and so I wanted to follow the steps correctly to process my claim. I emailed them and called them constantly to learn how to do it properly, but I never got a response until weeks and weeks later which was past the submission due date of 60 days, and they claimed that all my messages had gone to spam. Really? Your answering machine has a spam folder? SO Ridiculous! Now that they knew that my messages find their way into their spam folder, you would think they would constantly check, right? Any good business would! Wrong! After submitting my claim, all my emails and calls once again have gone on answered. They completely blew me off. They are ignoring me. They are not honoring the insurance package that I purchased. In my opinion, that makes them an F rated company! If they were a lower grade then an F I would give it to them. Save your money! Stay far away from Griffin Moving company or you will experience the same frustration that I have, and you will be out a ton of money!! They are nonresponsive. Their storage facilities destroyed all my furniture. They are not climate controlled. THEY ARE LIARS! And they don't even honor their price quotes to you. Everything became much more expensive once they had my stuff held hostage. I am such a loyal customer. I use the same people over and over again when the service is good and the company is responsive, but Griffin Moving is the WORST in the game. Hire anyone else but Griffin moving company; they ripped me off, and they will do the same to you! Here are some pics of the damaged they did. Unfortunately I can't upload as many I'd like, but I think you can get an idea. They SLASHED through my dining chairs with their exacto knife to take off all the plastic that did NOTHING to protect our stuff. If anything the wrapping ruined our furniture by creating creases and wrinkles that do not come out.

Jack Griffin and his team did well by us. From Hawaii to Griffin storage - then international. Everyone was very accommodating and coordinated well with movers etc.

The movers showed up and refuse to wear face mask in the building. The attacked the client and property manager and walked out. The company manager did not apologize on behalf of the employees and indicated that they were the best he had. Did not offer any options,

EXTREMELY disappointed with this company and the worst customer service experience! The truck did show up on our moving day after I confirmed 3 times during the week. No-one answered their phones for 2 hours after the no-show and when our account manager did finally answer he said he would look into what happened. We then heard from him 4 hours later with some story about the truck breaking down.... which surely they would have known 6 hours prior. They left us in an impossible position with zero other options.I spoke to the owner about this experience all he offered was " sorry about the lack of communication" and went on to degrade the other company that DID save us in the end. They left us extremely upset with their service and lack of responsibility and remorse over our experience!! Highly unprofessional company

I was very nervous about picking a moving company remotely to move items from Davie to here in Dallas. I spoke with a few companies and thankfully chose Jack and Griffin moving. From beginning to end it was a great experience. They arrived during the expected window on both ends, packed my valuables, disassembled and wrapped my furniture expertly and efficiently. They just left after reassembling my furniture, placing everything where I wanted and removed the boxes that they unwrapped. I highly recommend them for your out of state move. Thank you Jack :)

I looked for a moving company to move items from Davie to Dallas. After speaking with a few I thankfully chose Griffin. Jack and Amber were informative and professional with competitive pricing. The movers arrived at both ends within the timeline given. They packed up my items, disassembled the furniture and wrapped it all efficiently and professionally. When they arrived here, they put everything where I wanted them, reassembled everything and removed boxes that they unwrapped. All in all I couldn't be more pleased, I highly recommend them.

We moved my Mom from Davie FL to Valrico FL. Every step of the way Griffin Moving & Storage was fantastic. From the accurate estimate to the very experienced helpful staff that did the move. They took great care in protecting the items before they were moved and everything arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Griffin Moving & Storage!!!!!

Beware, Stay Away from these Crooks. Used Griffin last month to do an out of state move; They hired a 3rd party to do the move and those movers did great. I recommended Griffin to my father and their employees ruined his wood floors then refused to take responsibility. Unethical, crooks; Once they have your money they will disappear. We will be reporting them to the BBB. You have been warned.
