This was a lot better than the Lake Worth location, in my opinion. Overall, the atmosphere is calmer and the staff is nice. My only grievance is that when the bins are pulled out, some customers are permitted to pick up arms full of clothes and place them in their carts to go through, only to return the stuff they don't want. This, in my opinion, does not make it equitable for all. I will definitely return and would suggest this place. Just be sure to arrive ready.

I went to the Goodwill with a carload of great things for them to sell. While I was there I purchased a pair of shoes for $10. The soles fell off after wearing them for 15 minutes. They refused to allow me to exchange them even though I had the credit card receipt for the previous day. They acted as though it was their money at steak and treated me like I was trying to get by with something. I understand that buying something from a second hand store, it's not going to be as nice as a new item or last as long but it should last longer than 15 minutes. And for heaven's sake, it's all merchandise that has been given to them for free! These women were so rude and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend shopping here and personally I will never donate anything to Goodwill ever again.

Reviews are funny but ignorant. If you are calling a goodwill bins outlet "disorganized" you don't really understand the concept. It's supposed to be disorganized. It's a scavenger hunt. Like the guy above said he found soiled underwear, true, I also found a new Hermes scarf w/ label worth hundreds and I find a ton of great and valuable vintage T's. But you have to work for every item and deal with some grabby people. Let me tell you, the NY (Log Island City) store had "no fighting, no biting" signs. It was nasty and mean. This place is a dream by comparison. Mostly Haitian invasion ladies who stick to themselves, resellers, casual shoppers and students looking for funky clothes. As it should be. Right now, this outlet store is becoming my go to. It's harder work, but the payoff is good and it really is like panning for gold. Just when you get skeeved out and want to quit, you find something good and keep going! peace

one start for the lack of control of this placel've visited a few bins store like this goodwill and others like the Amazon bin store, but this was an "experience" when you 1st get there. there is plenty of parking but by the door is a mad house..when it's time to go in. They let people just flood the doorway... Watch out if you're older and slow walker..Theres people who are working that will scream at you to let you know when to dig..and there's no rules it feels like regarding..How many people are at a bin.People are shoving at the door and bins.People ripping things out of people hands.Make sure you cover your cart with a blanket or something. People will just take things out of your cart.People throw things towards where you're digging to get you to move along.so, just a heads up for anyone planning to stop..

Found soiled underwear in one of the bins. Didn't want to dig through it anyway and this solidified my fears. Wear gloves and a mask if you're going to dig.

Get ready to go through bins and look for items. Very unorganized. The space is huge but I think it mostly for drop off.

I’ve been to many goodwills. I love thrifting and I do a lot of reselling too. This place was the smallest goodwill I’ve ever been in and had no shopping carts which are an absolute must when shopping by the pound at a goodwill outlet. I’m quite disappointed

As soon as I walked in, I saw a statue I wanted. I grabbed it, and put it in my cart. I read the guidelines on the wall…items, including housewares, are $1.98 (ish) per pound. Okay. It also says some items are not sold by the pound, and are instead, “price as marked”. No mark on my item. So…by the pound? It’s not clear, but I want it anyway so I leave it in the cart. The cashier literally chased me down, takes my shoulder, and tells me it’s $15. Okay. I’m fine with that, but not with how she approached me. She also frantically tried to explain something else to me in Spanish, which I don’t understand. Eventually, she called another woman over to tell me that my item wasn’t charged by the pound. The details of the conversation aren’t important, and yeah, I ended up buying that and more, but the experience of being chased down over a $15 item and having to speak to two employees before I could continue shopping was ridiculous.
