Steve Drooker, my salesman, you were incredible to turn this around in 5 days from Atlanta To Boca Raton. Thank you. Duvall, you are a superhero! Kind, patient, the quickest packer, and so organized. I just can't thank you enough for moving me from Atlanta with Janisel. You both made me calm and everything so easy. Delivering to Boca again, you were right on top of things. And such a great help. Good Greek, these movers are A plus in my book. I would recommend Good Greek, Steve, Duval and Janisel to all. Thank you for making everything go smoothly.

To say this business is AMAZING is an understatement. These guys were on time professional, careful and respectful of our property. They moved our belongings with such great care. I am typically not one to write negative reviews, but my recent experience with Good Greek Moving in Miami compels me to warn others. My move from a 1-bedroom apartment in Miami to a storage facility turned out to be a financial nightmare, costing me a staggering $3800, with $900 attributed to storage alone.
The initial attractive offer of $159 per hour is highly misleading. Be vigilant and read the fine print! A hefty 50% surcharge was added to this rate, which was not clearly communicated upfront. The move, which initially started off efficiently in the first hour, drastically slowed down despite having dedicated elevator access and no restrictions – a tactic that felt like a deliberate attempt to increase the billable hours.
Storage costs are another area where Good Greek Moving lacks transparency. They bill monthly, even if you only use the storage for a week. When I needed to retrieve my belongings, I was informed that it would take two weeks to get them out. Expressing my dissatisfaction and urgency, they offered an alternative: for an additional $500, I could bring in my own moving crew to expedite the process.
Frustrated, I contacted “All My Sons” moving company, who quoted me half the price. I arrived at Good Greek’s facility with the new movers, only to be initially ignored. After 15 minutes of no response, we successfully moved my items out.
The entire experience with Good Greek Moving was not only overpriced but also fraught with hidden charges and poor customer service. I paid the exorbitant fees reluctantly, feeling taken advantage of. My advice to potential customers is to be thorough – read all the terms, ask questions, and negotiate. Don’t fall for seemingly low upfront rates without understanding the full cost structure. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Good Greek Moving and will never use their services again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Good Greek Moving Company. They were hired to move my furniture, including expensive items, and during the move, they managed to damage my $4200 bed frame. Upon contacting them about the damage, they instructed me to file a claim, which I did promptly.
However, the response I received was utterly unsatisfactory. Good Greek Moving Company offered me a minuscule amount as compensation, insisting that I accept it as a courtesy. Despite my clear request for them to send a furniture repair company to fix the broken items, they sent a contractor of their choosing who provided a quote far below the actual cost of repairs. I didn’t want money from the company just for them to pay the furniture repair company than they sent. They declined after he came to my house to evaluate the damages. We have been going back and forth for the end result being that. So basically I paid the moving company $2200 so they can damage my furniture and they wanted to give me $300 compensation which they said was in good faith instead of doing the right thing by a customer. Why send a furniture repair company to my house and then decline the claim?
To make matters worse, the representative named Shirley from the claims department demonstrated appalling customer service. She was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns, refusing to address the issue adequately. Unless I would call to follow up she wouldn’t respond to all the emails. It is unacceptable for a company to damage customers' belongings and then fail to take responsibility for their actions.
It is evident that Good Greek Moving Company does not stand behind their claims of being a safe moving company. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning. I find it outrageous that I am now forced to pursue legal action in small claims court to seek proper compensation for the damages caused by their negligence.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Good Greek Moving Company for any moving services. Their irresponsible behavior, poor communication, and failure to rectify the damage they caused reflect a disreputable and unprofessional business. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

While my move was off to a rough start with my buildings elevator breaking and timing being way longer than expected. Guy, charity and wislin made the move a great experience, they were personable and awesome hardworking guys. Without them being there I don't think the experience would have been anywhere near as good.

Good Greek is really the best. I have used them several times for moves in my family. Claudia, Franco and Jose were awesome and so sweet to my elderly mother that I was moving. They were so quick and very helpful. I would completely recommend using them and I will be using them again in August when my son makes a move.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM!!!! Lack of respect!!
UPDATE: The review was towards their movers, I never completed my review because I didnt want the guy knowing who I was, however I dont work at the storage facility where this incident happened so i felt the need to update it. As they were moving in one of our customers, one of their mover/employee was seeing urinating behind the facility, once he was done, he proceeded to light up a joint and is seeing on the cameras smoking, once he was done, he was clearly seeing taking bumps of cocaine. As they left I mentioned something to the fella and he was embarrassed and apologized ... still the harm was done .... Be sure to hire someone responsible and professional, this company sure was not.

Rates and Responsibilities were clearly explained from the jump so no surprises.
Longan and Frank organized all my stuff and everything was done exactly as expected. Both buildings were familiar with Good Greek so it made everything come together nicely.
No issues whatsoever.
