Truly entitled for all those people who’ve left negative reviews. People who have left one star reviews are snobs and entitled. I’m glad I didn’t cancel my reservation because of one star reviews. We are having the best time. REMEMBER: Do not reserve through Expedia. When you reserve through Expedia you get the bottom of the barrel treatment/room that’s for any major hotel chain. Reserve through the hotel’s app.

Water taxi stop #7 located here. Mall across the street and minutes to the beach. Looked clean and staff were welcoming. I only briefly stopped here but would definitely consider staying the next time we're in town.

The location was great. The rooms are tired but clean. They are going to be renovating then. I would stay there again.

So imagine “you wake up at 3:40am and hop on a flight, arrive early, tell you to wait (this is a PRIVATE ROOM), you wait 8 more hours, with your TWO KIDS. Finally you get the text!! You can go to the front and get your room. You wait and are INTERROGATED by the lady at the front. THEN SHE SENDS YOU TO A ROOM UNDER MAINTENANCE…” Safe to say we’re staying with family an hour away. Thanks Galleryone Hilton, we’ll never stay with ya’ll ever again ☺️I’LL KEEP YA’LL POSTED!!!

Oh boy. A decent location, beautiful waterfront outdoor area, and large surface-level clean rooms can't save this hotel. This place is in desperate need of renovations. Pretty much everything on the inside needs to be redone - the sterile lobby with it's white lights is just sad and depressing. The rooms are odd and outdated with mold in all the cracks, showers that don't work well, plaster all over the walls, and in my case, almost every fixture including the door lock were at some point tipped off and "glued" back on. Noise from the street and the bridge only make the stay that much more depressing. The restaurant and bar are very pricey as well.We stayed here for 2 nights as a stop over, but beware if you think this is a resort or anything like that.Sidenote: The incredibly sweet ladies working the restaurant are the bone true bright spot!

Started with the room not being ready for me at the time I was asked to check in at 4PM. After waiting in the lobby area with my luggage for an hour, with still no word, I went to the front desk for an update. Was told there was an issue with the doorknob, which as one can imagine, would be a security problem that I didn't want to have. They asked if they wouldn't mind while an engineer looks at it, and I was in a rush to get to a dinner meeting, so I went ahead to get checked in. Turns out the doorknob is for an internal room between the bedroom and the living room (it was missing). Oh geez. Which btw, no one ever came back to replace it in the 5 days I was there.Mold around the shower area. shower door doesn't have the sealing tab, so water splashing goes directly to the rest of the bathroom. So I had to stand all the way to one side when showering. On the last day, I asked for an extra hour to check out (12 vs 11), and was told all late checkouts were exhausted. Meanwhile, we spent at least $15k renting meeting rooms at the location, AND I was kept from my room upon check in, but I couldn't late check out for an extra hour?Never again.

Let’s just say…a lot of deferred maintenance and some challenges…. A disappointing experience overall.I asked for a quiet room, so I was given a room by the elevator with a “city view,” which is actually a roadway view with incredible road noise. The room smells of pasta. The TV remote will not change the channel, and there is no engineer in sight, despite requests. The front desk staff is not helpful or friendly. The room has elements that are very old and in disrepair, like a painting missing half its frame. Even the elevator had some issues when several people used their keycards. Pass on this one.

Booked room for 2 nights. Reservations was for balcony turned out to be a Juliette balcony. Asked Supervisor Cyrus if we could switch to room with real balcony. He said no. Also bathroom light flickered. Knife slice in dining room chair. Tv unplugged, bathroom dirty, constant noise from lift bridge worst location ever! Parking is $50/day. Overcharged me on bill and had the nerve to say I had a guest! Liars! Don't stay here!Noteworthy details: Don't stay here! Buyer beware!

This was my third and least time staying at this hotel. I have stayed here previously and overlooked many things such as the state of the hotel and cleanliness given that it is a beach hotel and those will not be as nice as other hotels. However with this stay when housekeeping stole my personal property, it crossed an uncrossable line.I called the front desk and told me they would send housekeeping down. 15 minutes later I see housekeeping in my hall and ask them about it (since they told their sweet time coming down) and they told me they were sorry it’s in the trash. They threw my personal property away, but didn’t throw away trash that was in my room…I was dumbfounded. The front desk responded that since the item was was not a part of your room it could be throw away, watch out travels by this logic anything you bring into your room they could throw away and don’t care about at all. I travel here on business…I will not return nor will anyone from my company…local is great however the lack of caring about the customer, their stay, or their personal property is severely lacking. We will find better accommodations in future.

Just got here. Haven’t seen the room yet but I would expect better service at a Hilton and for what we are paying. So far as we wait for our room to be ready I am very disappointed!...We received a text from the front desk around 3:30 that our room was ready. The night Manager, Anna, was able to find us a different room that we could get checked into earlier than the 4pm check in time. Unfortunately, our room was freezing when we got there and we were unable to warm it up - so we just turned off the thermostat. We called the front desk and they sent someone up right away. It would need to stay off as there is no heat. There was no soap at the sink in the bathroom - I did not call to have that fixed although I'm sure it would have been taken care of.My issue, and my reason for writing this review is that I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years. We usually only stay at Hilton Hotels. This is the most we have ever paid for a hotel room ($450/night, with parking), but it was the hotel recommended by the hostess of the party we were attending. I think when you pay that much for a hotel room, you expect exceptional customer service from the initial greeting to every encounter with staff. The bartender at the outside bar was outstanding, and the night Manager Anna tried to help. I come from a customer service background and I would just recommend additional customer service training for staff that come into contact with the customers from the Valet to the front desk, to the cleaning service.
