Love Free People and like coming to this store because it is always well organized. But the staff!!!!!! Whatever! I went into the store this morning soon after they opened so there was only 1 other customer in there. The store manager and 2 staff employees were at the checkout counter talking. I believe possibly about the work day and schedules from what I over heard. Point is, no one was in there I know they saw me because we made eye contact. Not one of the them said hello, welcome, how can we help, literally nothing. I was is the store for 10+ minutes when finally I was greeted and only because she was walking in my path and we came in close contact so it’s as if she was forced to greet me. No one even asked if I needed anything. Customer service totally sucks and the three staff members this morning of 7/19/24 need some home training. ASAP.

I love this location. However, I purchased 2 pairs of “Can’t Compare” pants, at two different times, and the tiny buttons came off on both pair. For the price they cost, that is unacceptable.

This is one of my favorite free people stores, but the staff is a bit negligent at times. I'm not sure if it's a race thing or if they didn't think I had any money or something, and I think I ended up spending over a grand since three people is not exactly a cheap place. After they saw what I was picking up, then all of a sudden I am their most valued customer. I don't really like that because it makes them seem a bit fake, but overall I did have a good experience, and I just took off a star because I think I was profiled a bit since I was wearing sweats and a t-shirt with flip-flops. Lesson for them: don't judge a book by its cover.

Love the clothes and it’s quality, but the ladies at the store do not even say hello or ask if the client needs anything. Really in store bad experience.

I was so excited to shop at my favorite store today. Sadly everyone working didn’t seem to care that me and my girlfriend were there. They were all worried about what they were wearing and talking about the prior night they had. This store has lost potential. I felt unwelcome and like they didn’t care to help me. I rather do my shopping online to be honest. It’s not the same experience that I had months ago. I will not be returning. The staff clearly does not care about their customers

I am a supporter of Free People and i love the clothing but on 11/11/22 I walked into the store at the Galleria Mall in Ft Lauderdale and being a person of color..no acknowledgement but 2 Caucasian walked in and was quite welcomed....don't judge, my money is just as good. Some employees may need diversity training.

I went several times to the FP location in the gallery and the people were always very friendly, however yesterday I went and was served by a very unprepared girl, she made me wait a long time while she served someone else (there were other girls free to serve me) When another saleswoman finally asked me if I had been waiting for a long time, I told her yes and that I didn't understand why the person had taken my order if she wasn't available to do so. Just to make me wait. She very reluctantly practically threw away my purchase. I was with my little daughters and I didn't want to make a fuss but the truth is that that person should not work taking care of other people.

I always find something at FreePeople. I absolutely enjoy wearing everything I've purchased there. I've purchased Several different items from purses, shorts, jumpers, dresses, tshirts and bras....not once have I been dissatisfied. A plus that everyone is always so friendly and willing to help at not just one particular store but at all that I have visited.

Please don't order online from Free People. They use LaserShip which is a completely useless company. When I called Free People to get help, zero customer service. I had 12 emails back and forth to Free People and Lasership and tons of phone calls and nothing. Horrible, horrible customer service. I didn't get a refund until I started tweeting my horrible experience.
