We had a great experience with Fox at FLL airport. The car was recent, clean and well equiped. We received good service too. The only thing: be prepared to wait a while at the airport before getting the car. It was worth the wait in our opinion though.

I would avoid Fox rent a car especially in Fort Lauderdale. The online booking rate is very misleading. I booked thru Uber and the car was never delivered to my hotel as Advertised, and when I went to the Rent-A-Car location at the airport, the attendant provided misleading information related to insurance and subsequently lead to nearly double the rate that I agreed to online. Horrible purchase experience.

Worst experience ever with location car in Fort Lauderdale they are very bad changing your original reservation for me never again be very careful with your contract and they don’t reimburse charge me for insurance when i already have paid for one in my booking Expedia and one hour waiting in line ouffff never again

READ THIS!! Do not take the Toll Pass the salesman will try to push you! You can by a "Sun Pass" card in any CVS store for $5!!!! It is horrible how try try to push you more and more services. They scared you about penalties if you do not take the service! When you ask for alternative the answer is "No, there are no alternative".
You deserve a 1 star review because you are after the money instead of after the customers.

If your customer satisfaction is more important so you should not sell the "Toll pass service". AT ALL like any other company. You sell it for $15 per day when the car costs $15 per day, it is crazy.
Also when the customer doesn't want to take it you mentioned in BIG LETTERS that an "administration fee" is going to be charged for each "toll event". What you can say about it? a $15 penalty for each "tell event", are you serious?!
Guys, do not book there and if you already did it so buy a SUN PASS at any Publix / CVS store and refill it with a $10. It takes 2 minute to set it up.

I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes, and there are still 10 people ahead of me in line. With only two employees working, the service is incredibly slow. No other car rental company I've seen has lines like this. If they hadn’t already charged my credit card, I would’ve gone elsewhere. This is absolutely unacceptable!
