What a terrible service!!!! I had scheduled a simple oil change for my corvette 2 wks in advance, 10 mins prior to my service, while on my way they called me to canceled and push my service for the next week. I go back the following week service adviser tells me it would take the entire day, for an oil change, and wouldn’t offer a ride, Uber or nothing like it. Left again and am not coming back to this place. Get your act together Grieco!

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! Think twice before you take your car here. They don’t actually check your vehicle with full service as they missed the horrible situation my brakes were in. 6 months later I bring my car in for service and tell me I need all my brakes replaced. Wasn’t that supposed to be communicated before now?? They then had to order a part which took 2 days and the lack of communication and follow up was completely ridiculous. The service advisor helping me was worse than useless and after going back and forth with them over the course of 3 days still couldn’t seem to make the situation right. They gave me a rental which I was still charged for and seemed to think that was good enough. Then was told I had to bring it back by a certain day because it was coming out of the advisors pocket. First of all not my problem and secondly I shouldn’t know how it’s being payed for……PERIOD!
Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else because I can’t for the life of me even understand how they operate a viable business. Next steps will be a formal complaint with Ford and I hope this review helps some as I will never go back again.

I brought my Ford vehicle in to get repaired unfortunately during a holiday weekend. I didn’t receive my vehicle until over a week later. It took a while to get any answers on why my vehicle wasn’t working properly and the sales associate that helped me that day had expressed that she doesn’t usually, use her work phone or answer it. She explained to me that she would prefer me text her personally, which I thought was a little unprofessional. The sales associate that helped me also explained in great detail that rental cars would be available and that 100% of the cost of the rental car would be covered if I choose to get one at the time. When I went to the rental car place, they told me that I would have to pay for part of the cost of the rental car. That part was very disappointing. I managed to get to work and home but not without repercussions. I’ve taken other vehicles to this Ford service center on numerous occasions, and the service was about the same. They do a good job fixing the vehicle, but unless you purchased the vehicle directly from them, like my most recent vehicle, their prices are outrageous.

I had a great experience with these guys. When I showed up Anthony started taking care of me, and he knew his stuff. I had a very specific budget with very specific circumstances. He listened to me and then helped me through the process of deciding which car would be right for my budget and which he believed I could get. He was patient, considerate, with excellent customer service. When I asked the question, he had answers, could elaborate, or would look it up on the website to be sure. I never felt that he was taking advantage in anyway.It got late so I wasn't able to do anything after the three test drives, but I came back the next day and Edward & Ronald assisted me where Anthony left off. I got the car that was right for me at the financing that worked for me. I'm very happy today that the experience overall was a good one. I felt confident that they were doing their best for me the whole time.Thanks guys.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!It would be impossible for me to list all the issues I have had with this dealership. To start, when I bought my vehicle there, for a couple hours they refused to give me the internet advertised price on my vehicle. They kept saying that not everyone qualifies for the internet price. I had to literally pull up the vehicle on the internet showing them that there was no required disclaimer on any site (cars.com, autotrader.com, or the dealer's site) that said anything about " not everyone will qualify for this price". After threatening to file a complaint with the state, they agreed to sell me the vehicle at the advertised price. After the lousy buying process, I always went to Pompano Ford for service as they had a great reputation. Unfortunately, Pompano Ford closed near the end of the Pandemic. At that time I thought I would give Greico's service department a try as they are only a few minutes drive from my home. They have given me nothing but frustration and headaches. The biggest problem is they literally have a thief working there that steals money/items from my vehicle while in their possession. I am sure the dealership is aware of the problem, yet it continues to happen nearly a year after I first took my vehicle there for service. In addition, I do not trust the mechanics. I have been told my vehicle requires work (not maintenance) that "is not covered by my Ford Extended Service Plan" despite the fact that I have the top tier warranty that is an extension of the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty. I review everything they tell me with a friend that is a retired Ford mechanic. He has told me they are lying to me and I need to take my vehicle elsewhere. The problem is the Ford extended warranty REQUIRES that my vehicle be worked on at a Ford dealership. From now on, I will just have to drive much farther to get my vehicle serviced.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY.My response to Michael G's response:I am not surprised at your attempt to weasel out of taking responsibility for the shortcomings of your dealership. Let me start with the extended warranty. You are correct that I purchased a FORD ESP plan from another dealer. I did so because your dealership tried to sell the same contract at a much higher/inflated price (1 more reason why people should take their business elsewhere). These contracts/plans are from Ford, and any differences from state to state are all disclosed in the contract. With that being said, my contract clearly states that all failures of any component are covered except those listed. It then goes on to list the exceptions. The problem is the items that your mechanics claims are failing and thereby caused the failure of the cat converters on my vehicle are NOT listed as exceptions in my contract. In fact I spoke with multiple mechanics and even a few dealers on F150 forums online. All of which told me that they believed Greico was not being honest and the additional items should be included in the repair. Next, let's be honest about the theft problem that has existed at your dealership for close to a year, probably longer. Claiming that the actions of 1 service associate equals proof that customer experience is important to the entire dealership is a joke. If you took the customer experience seriously, you would have stopped the thefts a long, long time ago. The reaction of the employees when I mentioned the theft was very clear evidence that everyone knows the problem exists, yet it continues. If you truly cared about making your dealership experience better, your response would have been to say "we are aware of the problem and are taking serious steps towards permanently stopping it". Sadly, you took no responsibility for the problem, nor the ridiculous amount of time that the problem has existed. My review of your dealership stands, and I thank you for bringing even more shortcomings to the surface through your response.

Excellent customer service experience from start to finish, we couldn't recommend this dealership more highly. Under time pressure to secure a car, Harry and Donnovan got it done and blew the competition away. It's a stellar showroom, and everyone was just so welcoming and positive. I've never reviewed car dealerships before, but this one was a well earned exception. Thank you, Harry. Thank you, Donnovan. We can't wait to pick up our Mustang on November 1.

Grieco Ford FTL… job well done! Thank you to Dave and team. Truck was being serviced for reoccurring misfiring issues, rough idle and check engine. Manny Rodriguez (Service Advisor) maintained phenomenal communication. He even sent him a text on his vacation to provide an update. Unfortunately, we didn’t get it on the first visit due to there being so many error codes but Grieco asked me to bring it right back in. Manny Barrios (Master Technician) was able to diagnose and resolve reoccurring issues. Grieco did not charge me for the second visit or additional parts and labor. Thank You!

I took my car for an emergency service, because Sometimes the ABS system is deactivating and other things it also has a sound in the front end on the right side. I wanted them to give me a diagnosis to see what was wrong with the car and if I have to leave it if it's very urgent, but they tell me that if I do leave it I have to leave it for a week, I have an appointment for a week ahead, they didn't let me give me solution. It seems to me a very bad service because it is an emergency they should take the car because soon my car can be completely damaged. Now I have to drive my car until the other week that I have this problem and I work with my car Mr. Donminic Di Pietrantonio who works in service was that he gave me such a bad solution to leave it for a week very bad on his part knowing that it is an urgency because with a quick diagnosis you can help me see what I can do and the car will suddenly not leave me on the road because of your negligence and not help me as a Ford customer I have a Ford fusion, Hopefully people will help us better in these situations

Absolutely the worst customer service ever , the service department didn't even refill my fluids nor did they refill my extremely low tire my AND ON TOP OF THAT , ALL of my engine lights are on !! The absolute worst service department I have ever experienced. Please stay away.

Second time bringing in my vehicle for squeaky brakes which they took a whole day a few months ago and and the result is still squeaky brakes.We have one car for 3 family members and the inconvenience of surrendering a car is loss of work. Now they are saying it's out of warranty for brakes. It's just a big cluster of con people and unskilled mechanics

Michael G - I provided 4 names of your team members involved in my purchase so it is unlikely you do not know which transaction was mine. I left your dealership angry and extremely disappointed and for certain did not hide this fact. If no one reported it then the poor customer service is the rule and not the exception for Grieco. In any case, I fixed the points and the billing address and really have zero interest in dealing with anyone there again after over a month of no one reaching out to me. I recommend you focus on fixing what is broken with your customer service as there is nothing you can do for me at this point that will make me think any better of Grieco.

We ordered a bronco 2 years ago. Greico have been lying to us about delivery and the price match guarantee. When the car came in 3 weeks ago, they refused to sell it to us on the contract price we had with them. They wanted a $10,000 upcharge. After threat of lawsuit they gave us the car at the agreed contract price. Maurice, the salesman is impossible to get on the phone to respond to several items they failed to include on the car.When we walk into the dealer, we are made to wait 2 hours to speak to a manager who tells us they are working on it. They are liars and they are thieves. Help yourself avoid a nightmare experience by going to a different ford dealer. Greico earned their 2 star rating

They don't seem to be very knowledgeable. They wouldn't help me/ or give me an answer to help me get back on the road.Essentially. The 12v battery died on my electric truck, and couldn't get the frunk open. They wouldn't tell me how to open it without power...I had to wait 7 hours for 4 different tow trucks before one of the drivers knew how to actually move my truck...
