So I got a call from Michael screaming and yelling very unprofessional I will not talk to someone like that being very unprofessional and upset about my review my review stands as is!!!! No I’m Not removing it !!!! And will not be Bully to remove it!!!! People need to be aware of the scam!!! I feel I was scammed and Maria never advised me of such !!All she said was sign not mentioning anything being increase!!!!!! It’s ridiculous to have a mortgage payment of $2691 to jump over $6100 !! I already filed a complaint with the butter business bureau and attorney general and Florida Department of Financial Services
Division of Consumer Services I will let them investigate!!!! I know my rights and will not stop until every piece is look into and to tell me I made bad decisions because of a water damage claim??? What are insurance for??? Make no sense!!!! BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I’m just in shock with this company after dealing with a Maria who I trusted and allowed to handle our home insurance policy so I logged on to my mortgage Company because I pay my insurance through my mortgage so I’ve noticed my mortgage increase from $2691 all the way to $6291. I almost had a panic attack so I called my mortgage company they told me it was not on their end that it’s my insurance premium that have increased from 12,000 all the way to 24,000 which has to be some sort of illegal activity that this particular insurance company is doing, I then proceeded to reach out to Maria she told me I signed the renewal & that’s that and they can’t find me anything additional so you’re telling me that my mortgage is increasing because of my insurance over for something thousand and my house is only worth 200,000 even my mortgage company told me this is insane. This is like I’m living in a multi million dollar house , I did file every complaint there is because people and Customer should not be treated this way and if there are doubling tripping maximize policy out to push me away it’s definitely going to be legal recourse stay away from this place they will eventually screw you over. I learned the hard way and I’m not stopping here.

I have been dealing with Michael and his team for several years now. His service is exemplary recently spent time away from his sons birthday to handle an emergency that I had with my son’s property ,who, Incidentally is also with him. The service has always been great and he has been always very helpful in getting me the necessary discounts to make it affordable to live here in Florida.
