Recently booked a house through Florida Luxury Rentals in Fort Lauderdale and can’t be happier with our experience . Julia arranged us a self check-in , since we had a late flight , which was easy and convenient for us . Everything was exactly as described , home was immaculately clean and nicely furnished . Location was wonderful and super close to both -restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the pool and water views a lot! Igor was very quick to respond and resolved couple small issues we had within hours. We will definitely recommend this company and will use it again in future !

The Bleu townhouse on Singer Island was a last-minute trip I booked 48 hours prior to arrival. The management team was very responsive to any questions I had, and also quite flexible based on my last minute needs.Once I arrived, the unit was freshly cleaned with everything I needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as beach towels, chairs and even boogie boards. The location is perfect-a great neighbors within walking distance to restaurants and stores, live music and a perfectly blue-watered beach. I had one small problem with the microwave and the house manager responded immediately and had it up and running in no time.Thanks for a great stay!!

My family stayed at the Santa Barbara Villas in Pompano Beach for 14 days and the place was fantastic! They had a wonderful time . Igor from FLR went above and beyond to make their stay memorable. I definitely recommend going with FLR! I will definitely be booking with them in the future.

The home we rented from Florida Luxury Rentals was exactly as it was presented on line: clean, good location and well furnished. Igor was responsive and helpful with questions I had about the property or Ft. Lauderdale area. I highly recommend FLR. We will definitely rent from them again! February 2021

I requested to rent a house with them for New Years that was available and one the next day at night I received a email saying that they could not rent me the house because the owners weren’t sure if they were going to rent it on those dates. I replayed the email saying I was disappointed and frustrated because I spent hours looking at houses and could have booked something else and asked if they have something else that they could offer. Before I receive this email from them I called them in the morning and Talked to Igor, which was a very nice guy. After I tell them I wasn’t happy they never responded my two emails and didn’t answer to my phone calls, in fact they blocked my number because I called from a different number and I got a connection. I’m a business owner and I would never do this. Don’t respond when a client is unsatisfied and block they contact number is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Sorry buys but I contacted you many times before posting this review.

We rented a waterfront house in Fort Lauderdale for out family getaway. It was amazing! The house was sparkling clean and exactly as shown on the images. Yuliya and Igor were super helpful and nice! Next time we come, I’ll definitely rent from Florida Luxury Rentals again and I will recommend them to all my friends!

I rented from this company with my friends while we were visiting Fort Lauderdale and Miami from Russia . Julia and Igor who run the company were amazing . My friends needed crib and high chair for their baby that was delivered and arranged for free, all other requests were accommodated within couple hours . I would recommend this company to everyone , including my friends from Eastern Europe , because Julia and Igor are professionals and very polite , plus both speak perfect Russian which was helpful for my friends !

My husband and I have rented many properties while vacationing and we have never been as impressed as we were with Julia and Igor. The house we chose was beautiful with a perfect location for us. However, when we arrived we realized there were a couple of issues.First of all the tv in the master bedroom wasn't working. I emailed Julia and received a prompt response asking me when I would like the property manager (Igor) to stop by. He arrived at the exact time I specified with a smile and professional manner. It took him a while to figure out the problem, but he persevered until he had it set for us.I had also mentioned having trouble finding any beach towels or hair dryers and Igor showed up with 7 brand new beautiful towels and 2 brand new dryers for us.A few days into our stay we decided we wanted to turn the pool heater on, but weren't sure how to proceed. A text to Igor had him showing up within an hour to turn it on for us. Again, with a smile and a wonderful positive attitude saying we were not a bother at all.Upon leaving the house, we realized we left behind my granddaughter's monogrammed baby blanket. Again, I emailed Julia asking if she could mail it to us and let me know how much I owed for postage. She responded saying it was no problem and they would be happy to take care of it for us.A few days after we arrived home I received the package with the baby blanket carefully folded and inside a plastic zipped container. When we opening the blanket two small security blankets were also included. I hadn't mentioned those as I could have replaced those easier than the monogrammed blanket, yet Igor must have found them and included them. They also paid for the shipping ($15+) and told me not to worry about it.The house we rented was also listed on VRBO, but we chose Florida Luxury Rentals because the price was a little lower. We were happy we did because Julia and Igor took care of any and all concerns and issues we had while we were there and also after we left.I highly recommend booking your next vacation rental through Florida Luxury Rentals if you want a little extra TLC - professional and efficient service with a smile. We plan to book through them again.

I normally don’t leave reviews but because this vacation really stood out I decided to share my experience with others . We booked our stay through company website and traveled from Eastern Europe with family . Obviously we were worried if house would match the description. Julia sent us welcome letter with instructions and because our flight was late at night we could use self check in by using key code . To find out that house matched 100% , smelled amazing and was sparkling clean was a relief . Next day company manager stopped by to follow up with everything and showed us how to use grill . Also he showed us the Uber eats app which is amazing and gave neighborhood restaurant recommendations ! We rented a boat to explore the area which we dock right at the house . House was 15 min walk from the beach but it’s still pretty challenging to get there with kid in a hot weather , we would recommend to rent a car or use Uber . Long story short we had amazing experience with this company!
