Laquayle and Noelia, I walked in to this storage unit to ask to see a unit and how much the monthly prices are for a 10 x 10 and the two ladies were so amazing. The customer service was excellent.

Not very happy with prime storage two bathrooms were turned into storage units very greedy company you raising my rent up my one little unit of $40 from last month you don't have enough staff and when I go the one bathroom that is left is always locked not very friendly people either I was at floranada storage before you bought it for over 30 years I was very happy with that company not so with yours post

I do not think I have seen an associate who works and runs this place care so much about this storage facility and takes tremendous pride in her job. She made me feel very welcome, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who asks me.

I’ll start with saying that what drew me in initially was the first month being free. That was great. But the first day I moved into my unit, there was a domestic disturbance and I saw someone shoot themselves in the head after firing and missing his girlfriend. I contacted corporate and local offices to discuss this as it was extremely traumatizing and I never received a response from either one of the offices. Then additionally they increased my rent significantly from 145 to 179 which works out to almost 200 with tax. The facility is not nice and the units are not climate controlled. You get your code deactivated 4 days after rent is due and by the 31st day your unit is prepped for auction. All in all this has not been a pleasant experience. The manager is the only redeeming thing this place offers. She is very nice.
