Floor Decor is overwhelming! I went on Thursday and one of the design guys who was suppose to help me DID NOT.
I purchased a tile to take home which I returned on Friday. The other design gentlemen on Friday was WONDERFUL. So helpful. He did help me and was so kind and helpful

Their assortment of slabs and tiles is incredible but some of their workers do not give a good impression, because when it comes to helping you with the boxes that are quite large and heavy they pretend not to see you and continue walking by, yesterday I went to look for a large bill for apartments and the cashier asked over the horn three times for someone to help us and no one showed up. She was embarrassed and didn't even know what to say. It's a shame because I consider that it is a store with many good offers.

david & ashanna were beyond helpful !!!!! i didn’t realize i pulled the wrong tile for my bathroom remodel project apparently there are 2 diff tiles same look different prices they saved me over $200 beyond grateful for their help really grateful thank you both for all your help

Best place for tile. I had Capital Construction do my bathroom, and they were great. They purchased all the tile from floor and decor. So happy with the outcome of my renovation

GPS directions from google maps are WRONG. You MUST be going EAST on 838/Sunrise and then you turn off on an unmarked street just before the 95 south ramp. Great store for tile etc.
