I am visiting my son and wanted to keep up with my workouts so I visited FLL. Everyone made me feel right at home and I got a great workout! I am super happy to have a CrossFit in Ft Lauderdale to attend when I am in town. Thanks FLL!

My first time at a CF gym and not gonna lie was a bit nervous- FLL couldn’t have been more welcoming . Staff and members were awesome . Zero intimidation and a killer workout was had . FL is my home away from home so I’ll definitely be back for more 💪🏻

I came to this gym a few times while in town from Chicago. The owner and the coaches were very nice and welcoming. I felt right at home while visiting and got some killer workouts in.
