My experience with Flexential colocation has been disappointing due to their misleading pricing practices. While the initial onboarding process went smoothly, their account representatives aggressively cross-sell upgrades and additional services, raising concerns about their intentions. The VP of sales claims a 40% inflation rate, yet when I requested a quote for an upgrade, I received one with a shocking 140% price increase. Although the VP later reduced it to 40%, citing inflation and correcting a mistake by the sales rep, the lack of transparency in the pricing adjustments is concerning. Additionally, an upfront setup fee equal to eight months of service cost is required, which seems excessive and raises questions about their pricing structure. Despite my inquiries, they insists on attributing the high quote to 40% inflation, which I find hard to believe. Their explanations lack substance and fail to provide evidence to support their claims. Furthermore, the conflicting information about promotional offers and the suggestion to purchase a new cabinet instead of adding services further raises doubts about their credibility and commitment to client satisfaction.

We have moved from another hosting company to Flexential. The service has been spectacular the response time is immediate for anything you need. I have remote hands with them and they have been on top of everything as I requested it. Very reliable company. I must say their lounge is nice for taking a break while working at the data center it has a nice game room. They also provide private suites. I could keep on talking about it but it's best that you go to the website and view all the services they offer. Highly recommend it.
