Second time we have used Flex. The one here expertly delivered by BJ. Such I neat solution as the can be backed into places a regular POD storage type container simply won’t fit, and as they are on wheels the storage is off the ground reducing the chance of water getting in.

Joshua is the man. Maneuvering our unit into the location that we wanted it to be placed was a challenge. I watched and wondered, was he going to be able to place it where we had requested. He had a tight gate and there were twist and turns. He did the unthinkable. Unhitched it, lifted it, and maneuvered it by hand and strength. Joshua was kind, respectful, and professional. He explained the use of the unit well, answered any questions that I had, and made sure that I was satisfied before he left. Jean is AMAZING!!! Truly what a gentleman guy saved me!!! as professional and courteous and kind as it gets. I would recommend JEAN to anybody. I really mean this this is a real review absolutely fantastic company everybody that I have encountered. Dorian the driver came today to pick up the container and he was awesome! He called to give eta, was spot on on time, super friendly and professional, so thank you Dorian!Now we could not be happier with having rented from Flex, they replied to,our initial call right away, delivered next day, the best prices all over and on time, wonderful service and we were thrilled that it was a mega clean unit, great ventilation, and all the bells and whistles you could ask, easy to open and close, and we can’t say enough good things about how clean the unit was. We will definitely call again when we move!

Joel the driver was amazing after waiting all day for a driver he drove all the way from West Palm to Miami Gardens to move my unit. We had a few challenges because it was dark but we worked together as a team and made it work. Thanks again Joel & Flex Storage for making time to accommodate me.

Flex driver Avery utilized communication skills w expertise . I had an unexpected emergency and he assisted me w no worries. He placed the storage unit in the precise location and forwarded a photo upon completion. He is highly competent and efficient.

My encounter with Flex Storage was satisfactory. On the day of delivery, I encountered some minor issues that resulted in a delay. However, aside from that, the storage unit was delivered to me in excellent condition, and the driver, Jean, displayed great care while parking the unit and was informative in explaining everything.

Communication was great with this company, they dropped off the item storage unit literally the next day. Super efficient showed me how to use the locks and how to use the unit. I will definitely be using them again. Customer Service was just absolutely impeccable. Joshua the driver was so great. Great driver parked it really well along the driveway and just super nice guy. You could tell he loves his job. Thank you guys so much.

The professiolism of Mr Ferguson, the Flex Storage delivery driver, was impressive. The attention to detail, patience and kindness with this stroke survivor with short term memory issues, has been greatly appreciated. And consistent with the interactions I hava had with every Flex Storage employee.
