I entrusted Joe Grano for the sale of my condo. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get top dollar as the market had cooled. I had a deadline to sell and I almost accepted a low-ball offer. Joe showed me the data to support my asking price. The market had cooled nationally, but the local market had not. He studies market trends and knows his stuff. I'm glad he didn't let me panic sell as I got just a fraction below my asking price. Way to go, Broker Joe!
