Avoid if you can, had the car for 8 hours for an alignment and a plug on a nail in the tire. No work was done. Went else where and within an hour everything was complete.Have the warranty on the tires, but costs more having the car sit in the shop doing nothing.Waist of money on the warranty, rather get your dealership to just do it all when you take your car in for a service.Unfortunate experience with this shop.

We had a flat tire and went to that dealership for a tire repair. The agent insisted that our tire was dry rot and unsafe to repair. Our tire was 4 years old and hardly used. I felt I was forced to buy a new tire when I didn't need it. I told him that I did not see what he was insisting and when I got home I looked up to confirm my belief. Our tire was NOT dry rotted. Yes it shows signs of sun and wear that any tire in the florida sun would show. I would NEVER go to this location again and this agent completely took advantage of our situation. Unethical.

The customer service team is very bad and not helpful and rude and the workers has no respect or regards for customers I don’t recommend them to anyone

Roger the associate was fantastic, respectful and helpful. I was in need of 4 tires on my Chevy Tahoe and him and the crew as well as his manager were fantastic in getting me back on the road. Open to conversation and teaching me about my responsibility with tires and alignment.

This place is a joke. Supposed to open at 7. Nobody showed up until 7:30. I had a 7am appointment. Employees rude and could care less about customers. Avoid this place.

Had an appointment at 7am - employees roll in at 730. Mark pulls his black car up on the sidewalk of the business and shuffles into the front. Take their time for 10 minutes opening. Every single bay inside the garage is full of cars up on stands with their hoods open. Get inside and voice my displeasure with the incompetence - Mark says “everyone having hiring problems” and what does staffing have to do with you being there at the right time to open your store. The tall large white male who took me asked what I was there for, I said I had an appointment at 7 - he says his system isn’t working. Tell him after opening 30 minutes late that’s ridiculous- he stands there with his mouth agap like I’ve just spoken a foreign language. Then says “okay let’s go look at the car” I say - why do you need to see the car for an oil change? He proceeds to drag his disheveled self out the door. If you think I’m going to have an idiot with an IQ of the average refrigerator temperature work on my car, you are sadly mistaken. Grab my keys back from this moron and go to the jiffy line down the road.

David has tarnished this Firestone for me. He tried to scam me for a new battery. I brought my car in for a serpentine belt. When I called to confirm my car was ready, he said he stopped repairs and it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. He said my battery was old and wasn’t holding a charge (my battery was 6 weeks old and just replaced). He became aggressive when I said I only wanted the serpentine belt replaced and I needed to pick up my car by 5pm (I dropped it off at 8am). It was not ready by 5 because he stopped repairs. When I came to pick up my car after another day, Firestone employees had checked my battery and it was at 100%. David had lied to me and tried to scam me. He wasted my time and money by stopping repairs. And he was incredibly rude and very aggressive. This wasn’t my first incident with David. He once became very rude with me about my valve stem replacement and a manager had to get involved. I gave Firestone another chance because of how great the GM treated me. But David is a scammer and a liar and incredibly aggressive. I hope the GM or corporate sees this and dismisses him. He is a liability to their reputation.

I made a reservation and it was confirmed on the app for an appointment. I showed up at the store and was told that even though I had an appointment I wasn't going to be able to have my oil changed. It was a waste of my time. The manager (David) told me my best bet was to show up when the store opened and come back when it was done. I also realized they are recommending me to come back for an oil change every 5K which is less than what is recommended by Jeep! I don't mind coming back early for an oil change, but fix the reservation system and policy!! Customer Service could also use improvement.

This shop broke the back window of my van during tire repair in August, told me there’s nothing they can do about it and referred me to corporate. Firestone corporate has yet to respond to my numerous phone calls and emails. Buyer BEWARE- inspect your car with a very close eye before you leave their premises. They will not cover any damages they cause to your vehicle and even if you notice it before you drive away i doubt they will admit fault and pay for it. $300 for a tire $800 broken window. Completely unacceptable business practices and I will be reporting to the BBB and anyone else I can find. I have been a loyal firstone customer for over 20 years and will never use another location.Service: Tires

Went over a year ago to get 4 brand new tires. Had a bit of a rough start with the process, but Clarence really went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Came back today for a nail in the tire and Clarence once again was there to handle the issue. I did not wait very long and everything was handled quickly, the quality of the work was perfect, and I once again was a happy customer.Thank you Clarence!

They are so slow and fail to communicate with you. Dropped my car off and was told one hour didn’t even get a courtesy call. I had to call them three hours later and they told me it may or may not get done for the day. Absolutely trash customer service. And they always try to upsell you a new tires.
