Wouldn’t take back and refund a $40 can of spray paint I bought from them. Called their corporate office and was told I could return it, drove 40 minutes in traffic. Lost a customer that spends $8k/year. Not smart. Bad business.

this place has very knowledgeable people and great customer service, the manager greats you with a warm smile and makes sure you understand the products you are getting and how to use them

the person who works at the front desk made me wait 30 minutes, I am attended to, I give him the color code of the car and he asks me for other information, which he writes down all wrong because he is doing things too fast, he has to do things 10 times, I take my things and I'm leaving a lousy place. I do not recommend this place.

I am so delightfully blown away by their customer service and paint match. I recently visited to purchase some paint as well as other products and met Eddie for the first time. He was so knowledgeable and helpful but most of all, he made my paint match to the exact specification for the first time! It made my job extraordinarily perfect!

Went there not even knowing if they could help me with a commercial application on my Volvo truck. They took time with me and came up with a match so close you can't tell the difference. The fact that they can use a scanner camera, feed that image into a computer and within minutes of that go mix it and have in a spray can for you is pretty cool stuff.
