Do not shop here at all costs. Bought shoes for online pickup. I should’ve tried them on at the store…wore them for a minute at home and the left shoe was digging into my heal. Wasn’t even asked why I was returning them, they just looked at the shoe and said there was a crease and they’re not accepting it. No sorry no anything. For all I know I could’ve bought the shoes exactly like that from someone else trying them on. Shoes are literally brand new. Look at the pics. Horrible experience will never shop here again. Now I’m stuck with useless $115 paperweights.

Finish line is awful. I, for the second time, am just trying to get shoes for my grandson and this time, I got a phone notification telling me I received the shoes and I was getting them shipped. I told my grandson and he was ELATED. I waited about a week and got a notification telling me my order has been cancelled and I'll be refunded my money. I called my grandson letting him know because I felt horrible that I missed another pair of shoes he'd been wanting. He explained there are robots that people pay for to get many pairs and I think that is ridiculous! They just resell them for a lot more money. It's a shame. I wanted one pair that I was told would arrive and I paid for them. This is the second terrible limited shoe getting experience I've had from finish line. I called their customer service and guess what they did for me? Apologize! Isn't that wonderful? I called customer service to receive some half-hearted "apology." I'm disgusted with the way they do business and I'm done trying. Give your business somewhere honest because this establishment is not it whatsoever. I will not be back, I will repeatedly deter people from this business. Awful customer service, almost the worst I've EVER experienced in 67 years of my life. I HATE FINISH LINE! Their prices aren't worth it either, take your business ANYWHERE else.

Today, I went to this location to buy slides and shoes. I walked in and wasn't greeted which is cool. Another person walked in right after and was greeted immediately. I asked the employee if she get a shoe for me and she said ok. She preceeded to help someone else. I waited until she was finished but when they left, she didn't grab the shoes. Her and her coworker are some of the worst in providing good customer service.

They are incredibly rude here. No greetings when entering the store, and I asked whether they had a pair of shoes or not, and they said they’re all on reserve even though it should be a first come first serve for a relevant sneaker release. The staff made us feel like we were bothering them

I went in cash in hand to buy some shoes, 2 guys working, one stood at the counter lacing shoes, never asked if anyone needed help! the other guy was obviously overwhelmed helping 1 person.. I probably waited 15 to 20 min before I left! Worst customer service!

Awful and nasty customer service. They don't help the customer. Then they have a little set up in Macy's there even worse. I mean where? What happened to foot locker? What happened to just anybody but finish line ,I'm finished

Here to pick up my online order. My order was ready about an hour after I ordered it online. I made an attempt to make another purchase while in the store but they did not have what I was looking for.

I've always liked the Finish Line stores, they have a nice layout where women's shoes are on the left side of the store and men's shoes are on the right side (wall) of the store....That makes it simple and easy to find things. Then in the middle of the store there's a large variety of clothing and apparel to choose from. I checked out some sweats and the quality of the fabric seemed good and well made. Good merchandise. This Finish Line store at the Galleria Mall has a large selection of running shoes, basketball sneakers, casual shoes and athletic wear from brands like Nike, Jordan, adidas, Under Armour, Puma, Champion, etc.
