Refused to accept package because it contained lithium batteries. That part I understand. The employee then directed me to drive miles away to a regional shipping center. I get there and wait nearly a half hour to be told they also will not take it. I wasted well over an hour of my day for nothing and I still haven't been able to ship my package. This was terrible service.

People suck here. 5 people walked in after me. Not one of us was greeted. A young Spanish kid proceed to help the 5 people after me instead of taking the time to go to the back and print my email. Told me it takes a minute for an email to go through. Worst service I've ever had!!!! I'd star 0 if I could.

Don’t waste your time. Customer service is terrible. I was using a print and go machine and was getting an error. I was told I would have to wait in a line 5 deep. If your equipment is failing the customer should not have to wait behind shipping customers. They defeats the whole purpose of self service.

Quick, Efficient and Friendly. The business is clean & organized. Usually not crowded and I discovered they also ship UPS! Goodbye UPS store- Hello FedEx store??

I was there asking for help to create a “ return shipping label “, the answer I received for the employee was “ you have computers over there “ and I said “ nope , I don’t know how to do it “ , the young guy looking me like … you are an as said “ go to your account and the shipping , that’s all “!, and is not true !!! why people are working with this very bad attitude ?, get another job if you are not happy !!, last time that I’m going to use that store !.

The young man who was working the desk when I came in to ship a package internationally lied to my face about necessary shipping forms that attach to the package. Ive shipped almost weekly for 5 years exactly the same way. He told me the manager recieved nee updated rules about what was needed, that the new rules no longer needed commercial invoice forms. The package was then stopped in Orlando because it was missing those forms. I had them return to shipper, which is me. The package is now supposedly lost. I will never go back to this location for shipping. I went by a few days ago to complain, and they refuse to give me any information to speak to their supervisor about this situation, claiming corporate are the only oness who can help me. Im livid.

I ordered a paper to be laminated last Thursday and finally had the chance to pick it up today its Tuesday and it’s still not ready for pick up despite the email that said ready for pick up.

This was the 2nd Fedex location I went to trying to ship a Box to Saint Bart's down in the Caribbean. The 1st fedex the guy at the Anglers Ave location gave up... and couldn't help me at all. Which is a separate review!I then drove to the FedEx here on 17th street and the ladies, all 3 of them in their were super helpful. - the manager never gave up and finally had to call the FedEx Intl Shipping to find out that St.Barths is technically Guadalupe ?.Thank you for your perseverance!

Staff is ignoring and selecting people who they gonna serve according to their liking. I came in here with my two year old just to print 12 pages. When it was my turn a guy moved me from one computer to another and told me to email my documents which I did immediately since I had them ready. Right after that his coworker “borrowed him” to help her with another customer. After he was done he went behind counter and started refilling printers. His coworker finished with the person she was helping and then moved onto the next one while I’m still there standing and waiting to be served. 30 minutes after i came into the store my files are finally being printed. While printing the employee who was helping me started cleaning or restocking stuff again. Im still standing there for another 5 minutes after my files were printed waiting. After another employee saw my files they brought them to me and the employee who was serving me finally came tocash me out. The amount of files was wrong they print 3 more than i needed. Even tho i said i need 3 of each plus 3 individual. Before he cashed me out he served another person. Over 30 minutes for printing 12 pages is totally not worth waiting especially with kid. Do yourself a favor and go to Office Depot where theyll treat you with respect!

Estimate is 100% higher then what you are charged. I understand if a box needs to be larger, more stuffing although the pricing is clearly stated. I am unbelievably disheartened and dissatisfied. Not a place to utilize for ethical, reliable shopping of items you care for.
