It seem like if you need anything more than just making a copy you will be left there to figure out how to get a return label or anything that requires more effort god forbid the manager just ignored I was standing there while me and the employee needed her help she just grabbed her stuff and left there was no one there to help make this process easier

I’ve been waiting decades to make a business card and there have been quite a few versions/designs. Today I’m still waiting to see how they’ll turn out WHEN THEY SAID THEY’D BE READY. Instead of just printing what I’d settled for… they showed me what $60 more dollars (graphic adjustment of the edges) would do. Just to torment me into the second day of dealing with them… after ALREADY TELLING THEM that I can’t afford more.I know that I’m never allowed to have what I want in life but do they have to rub it in ANOTHER DAY??? I’m starting to hate my own creation. And they’ll give me a mutated version of the beauty that once was… which sounds like a perfect description of my life in general.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 10 years and Elizabeth is the worse manager I’ve have seen at this location.
HR or corporate needs to review this manager customer service skills. Atleast 2-3 customer I seen her give short or sharp response to.
It was bad enough the employee who was helping me gave a clenched face (?) look as if they were embarrassed for the customer being spoke too.

every time I have been to this location I have had nothing but extremely good and comprehensive customer service. Teresa and Dawn are both more than willing to help, able to manage the longest of lines and the rudest of customers. They still do it with a smile and with flare. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a good print service job either larger small or even a quick copy to be made. They’re always willing to help and always make it a pleasurable experience. I look forward to seeing them every week as I’m a schoolteacher by and needing copies is just a part of the job. thankfully they make it a not so bad part of the job.

I highly recommend this FedEx, they are very busy given the location they are in but the staff is the best! Especially , Joe, Patrick & Teresa they are so friendly, customer service is A+ and they always get any printing job I need well done!!

I can not thank this team enough for saving my butt when I had to do a presentation for a workshop. They jumped right on getting everything printed for me even when I had to add additional things on and was on a time crunch This is not the first time this team has helped me out. Every time I go in they are always taking the time to talk with customers and making sure that if people need help they are there to support. Kuddos to this team! Thanks again for saving the day

Generally friendly people and short lines, but staff extremely officious and difficult. Fed Ex calls and says they left my package there, but 300 N Federal won’t release because address was old office and not on my ID. Fed Ex did not give me a tracking number. So despite name being the same with package sitting there, they won’t release it unless I call the sender to make arrangements but won’t give me the sender. Lol. They call me once a week to pick up but won’t give me the tracking number. So it continues to sit and they continue to call me. That is the staff insanity at this place.

Worst costumer service and most expensive printing place ever. I accidentally forgot a flash drive after printing some posters needed for a presentation on their self service printers. Called that same day, asked them if it was there which they confirmed and then proceded to ask if it could be saved and would pick it up. They agreed. A week later they say that they sent it to their recycling facility. This was after waiting for about 30 min in line in an empty storeAnd 70$ for 36x48 is absolute robbery by the way.

This place is like hell, all the employees are like hunting flies and don't pay attention to the customers. It's Saturday 11am and it took me 55 minutes to get Joe to print two cards for me.

I came in to make a simple return and the store manager Jeff helped me. I believe that's the name I saw. He was friendly and helpful and I was on my way. That's all you can ask for in today's world! Friendly and efficient customer service! It made enough difference that I took the time to write this review! Thank you Jeff!
