This store sucks.. the people working the register always insist the machine isn't working and that they cannot accept EBT, that their card machine is down but then allow someone to pay with debit or credit.. truly ridiculous and trash individuals there named under the mask of employee

Worst Family Dollar I have been to!
The cashier is talking on her phone in creole.Didn’t get my items I want to purchase because I used a coupon that would allow for me to get the item free.She called the manager, the manager said it’s a scam!
I felt discriminated against,I will be calling cooperate!

Cashier was on her cell phone the entire time. Ignoring customers. Speaking in creole and giggling while on the phone. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. The line was long due to the cashier not being attentive to customers method of payment. She was very rude and nonchalant about it.

I had to use the bathroom before I purchased my items and ask the cashier for the key. He said that there is a lady walking in the store that can let me in. I walked around the whole store nobody else was there I went back up to the cashier and said I don't see anybody and they must be on lunch or something. He didn't even volunteer to contact her....

The worst people in customer service there's no real customer service everybody stays on their phone they don't greet the customers they don't look at you they don't ask you if you need help All they do is just stay on their phone, every time I come have the same nonsense and most of the time they're not even speaking English and I had to look for someone to come and check me out I'm not trying to get anyone out of a job but I couldn't act like this on my job or stay on my phone the whole time

The employees are rude. They don't know what is in stock. Refuse to speak English. They never have cash back service. Everything looks so messy and disorganized.

There's NEVER NO KIND OF SHOPPING CARTS!!! YOU HAVE TO CARRY EVERYTHING IN YOUR ✋️ HANDS....SO ? SAD!!! I had brought 2 cases of water so I had to make 2 trips to my car. Need better operation or relocate

This family is dirty. The customer service is not good. The associates appear to have an attitude of not wanting to help. Every time I come to the store I am disappointed and feel that I am not getting my worth here.
