We bought two very elegant console table for our long, wide hallway. Our initial reaction was that they were too big (deep) and thought we would return them. Floyd and (store manager) Tad didn’t blink an eye and started organizing to pick them back up. As a few days passed, we decided they actually were perfect and kept them. Again, Floyd and Tad were great about it (though I imagine there may have been some eye-rolling going on!!!). We love them (the tables)!!

Super slow delivery, 2 weeks turned into 7 weeks, don't believe the delivery date, they tell you when you purchase the furniture.

Very enjoyable experience with Larry Kushner at Ethan Allen Fort Lauderdale. His professionalism and courteous manner meant that finding and purchasing the right furniture was flawless. I have returned multiple times to add pieces as he continues to advise and suggest pieces that he knows will work with our furniture. I highly recommend Ethan Allen (and specifically Larry) to anyone needing to purchase new furniture and requires experienced design help.

From the first step in the door of the Fort Lauderdale showroom to the whole process of selecting my furniture / finishes with the very professional sales representative Floyd ,to the management of delivery /timing and delivery/set up , the whole experience was top notch .The high quality of this brand has always stood out .As an architect and a modernist, I was impressed with the design option selection available and finishes offered . This is no longer the place for only traditional furniture pieces . It will be front of kind whenever I need something special for my home and for my client’s homes .

For years me and my family have been purchasing high quality Ethan Allen furniture. Most recently I purchased a new bedroom set. Once again my salesperson Floyd Flynn exceeded my expectations. As usual, he helped with the selection of the right color leather and other specifications. Floyd is such a professional and great designer!

I don’t like their delivery system, they charge a hefty price for delivery but they absolutely don’t care about the customer’s time!
Ethan Allen needs to listen to their customers & reevaluate what goes on ….it’s the worse experience ever!!!!
