Reserve at your own risk. I reserved a car this morning and received a confirmation email. But, after walking 30 minutes to the location, i found the office was closed and locked, with a envelope taped over the door and a note saying to call or text a number. I ended up having to pay extra money to take a lyft to a different enterprise location further away where they basically shrugged their shoulders and said this happens often and "that's not our location so we can't speak to why the website allows customers to make reservations when they aren't actually able to pick cars up". Cool cool cool...

DO NOT RENT HERE. I would rate it minus 10 stars. This location is actually closed and they just put a sign on the door that you can leave the keys at the hotel reception. You don’t get any confirmation of the car delivery.UPDATE:After having sent an email to the below mentioned email, 0.0 reaction after 4 days. Their customer care service is the worst. AGAIN DO NOT BOOK HERE!UPDATE 2:Still no reaction. Worst service and they overcharge!UPDATE 3 - after 1 monthThey still don’t care and don’t react to any emails

AWFUL experience. My mother and I had booked a reservation to rent a car here over 2 months ago. Yesterday we show up right on time (took an Uber to get there) for our reservation to pick up the car, and there is NO ONE there!!!! We waited over an hour, stranded with our luggages and STILL no one showed up. We also had family waiting for us at the airport to pick them up. We called and called several different enterprise numbers, most of them didn’t answer. One customer service number shared that they put in a request that we be sent a car immediately and that we would receive a phone call in a few minutes to sort everything out…we never received that phone call. After over an hour and a half of waiting there and no one helping us over the phone, we took another uber to the airport to see if we could pick up a car there. We made a reservation online while in the uber. We were able to get a car there although our initial rate was not honoured and we didn’t receive any type of compensation, no discount, no upgrade, NOTHING. I know it wasn’t the Airport locations fault but this is just ridiculous and needs to be rectified. If we hadn’t just left to find another place to get a car we would’ve been left stranded all day. We wasted over 2 hours on this, we were so delayed with timing in our day, not to mention it was also my birthday. This company doesn’t seem to care about loyalty as we also have a corporate account and use Enterprise very frequently for our business travels… think twice, DO NOT RENT from them.

Zero Stars if I could. this is the worst location to deal with. today we showed up for our scheduled pick up and the location was closed with a note on the door to call or text 954-821-9273 for any rental enquires. We tried calling but was directed to voicemail immediately, then we tried to text with no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION.

I went to drop off my car here Wednesday November 15th and there was a sign on the door that said please drop keys off at the front desk of the hotel. I dropped them off and asked if someone could contact me from enterprise to get a receipt. So far no one has contacted me and my rental car case shows as open. I’m in a complete panic because it seems this place could have went out of business or something and it still list my car case as open! Please do not drop your vehicle off here.

Emerald club member and the wait for a car after you register/paperwork is over 45 minutes Level of service is awful Why bother with a reservation if you have to wait forever for a car DO NOT give them your business We regret using them

The worst service of my life, I have been waiting for 1 hour and the store is empty, they don't even answer all the calls, close this store and don't look bad to the customers... I add that two days after this post I see myself with the moral obligation to edit it, after writing this review, a manager called me, Johnny, he apologized and explained the reasons for the delay, he took me to an office and they took great care of me, the car they gave me works perfectly and is well taken care of. They also gave me a discount on the rate, I'm going to change my score, although I still think that office will only give them headaches.

Worst location. Had my reservation at 4:15pm and i arrived early than that. Their hour closes at 5pm. No body at the office. The sign asks to call the number. I called and they out me on hold for 30 mins and no body answer. I tried to called back but they did not pickup the phone. What worst customer service. They should just close this location. I had 10 people waiting for me to pickup the car and they left me like that. Screwss this place.

Office not staffed on Saturday 9/19/23 I had a 10 am reservation and another gentleman had a 10:30 am and there is nobody here!!! Nobody responds or texts back from the number on the door and Enterprise customer service is absolutely no help- they can't get ahold of the manager or anyone else either. They expect me to call another location and see if they have a car and uber there myself. Ridiculous! Never renting from this company ever again. So disappointed

Should be 0 stars. Absolutely a joke of a business. Left us stranded, closed when supposed to be open. When calling to get help got sent to a call center. Then the manger of another location who just said it will be better to cancel this reservation. Go to Avis and stay away from enterprise at all costs

Hello, I rented a car there in August 2022. It was supposed to be a Toyota Corolla and I got a Kia Soul with 50 000 miles! I dont understand how you can keep cars that long. It make no sense and it's not safe at all. When I contacted customer service they told me : its like that and its because of COVID, etc... Easy answer for everything nowadays, right? Anyway I dont recommend at all. Have a great day!
