We ordered a cascade bridal bouquet and 5 boutonnières to be delivered at the hotel to take with us on the ship the day of. We realized upon embarkation that we were only given 2 boutonnières and the bouquet so we called and spoke with woman who basically told us we ordered wrong and didn’t give a damn! I paid for 5 and received 2. No one is taking ownership and it’s very sad because it was too late for us as we were on the boat already.
Thankfully the ship felt sorry for us and provided the additional flowers. We had high expectations with this florist but unfortunately they were not professional and didn’t care.
Beware if you’re not a local!!!!
In response to the owner: For the records I never received a receipt from you. The boutonnières did not have water in the tubes. but to make things worse it was the customer service we received when we called back. It shows that you do not care about once the order is done! It was 2 of us ordering with you and we confirmed the amount of boutonnières many times. Again the customer service shows how you run your business. Lack of compassion for sure.
