I dealt with Jackie and Damon. Awesome is an understatement. Repaired my wheel there. They did not try to over charge me and were very professional. They have a great selection of wheels, tires and rims. Along with numerous auto repair. You will not regret giving them your buisness.

Elite Roads is nothing like Good Roads the company they brought from Frank. They’re a complete RIP off. I was there getting an alignment. A was told my subframe was bent. From a sidewalk curve. But no a arm damage or broken wheel or control arm damage. All of these things would happen before the subframe would get damaged. Then once I ran it down to them. They said my shocks were bad. Took it to my mechanic. An absolutely nothing was wrong with my suspension. I said that to say this. Before let them diagnose & fix your car get a second opinion. They’re in it for the money. No care or consideration or loyalty for the customers. Rip offs & liers

In February 2024, I bought a set of new wheels and tires. When I went into the store, I asked Mr. Robert for tires that were fairly soft to drive. He recommended the BFGoodrich Trail Terrain 245/70/17 tires, saying they were eight-ply tires and I shouldn't have any problems. However, after driving the van for about 7000 miles, the front tires started to crack. I was in Canada at the time, so I contacted the store and explained my problem. Mr. Robert said there was no problem and that the warranty should cover it.
I went to several tire stores in the area, including Costco, but no one would honor the warranty because they told me that those tires were only four-ply. Even if they were eight-ply, the tire should never have been installed on that truck since the manufacturer recommends a minimum of 10-ply.
Seeking further clarification, I reached out to the company that manufactures the tires. Their response was alarming. They confirmed that those tires should not have been installed on my truck due to the weight and the risk of exploding, a fact that Mr. Robert had failed to mention.
I contacted Mr. Robert again to explain my situation. I had to buy new tires, which cost me $1100. I asked for a 50% refund for the tires I previously bought from them, but he sent me a letter rejecting my request and making many excuses.
Disappointingly, this was not the first time I had experienced such disregard from the store. In stark contrast, Costco provided me with a great warranty covering me everywhere in the United States and treated me with respect and professionalism. I strongly advise anyone needing tires to consider Costco, where the prices are more competitive and the service is far superior.

I had to come here and give a positive review about this place. Just due to the fact that the people that work here are outstanding! They are so knowledgeable and very friendly. I took my car to the Lexus of Pembroke Pines so that they can check my suspension due to the fact my car was jumping all over the place. It was very dangerous to drive. I was referred to this place by a friend. Lexus of Pembroke Pines said “they didn’t find anything wrong.”. When I got to this place, within 2 minutes they were able to find out that there was a missing bolt in my lower control arm. They are FAR MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE than Lexus of Pembroke Pines. They specialize in modified cars with air bags and are able to align correctly. I am so grateful for the staff there. They made this the right & easy decision to go here. I will definitely be coming back!

I am very disappointed with their work quality. I took my car for tire installation and to add tpms! As they returned my car with a huge noise , I called and they told me to bring it back to fix, they did fix the noise but the tpms light was still on, so I called again and brought it back in for another attempt, as I left again for the 3° time I got home and the tpms light was back on. I called again and they told me to bring it back again. I live 25 minutes from them and asked for them to send a technician over because I didn’t want to spend time and gas bringing it back and forth. They told me there’s nothing they could do if I don’t bring my vehicle to them because they are not mobile. Is this really the kind of customer service and quality you deliver?

Got an alignment and coilovers adjusted for an additional $30 each. Even though they checked under the hood, they didn't notice one coilover had a loose top nut, which was the knock and noise.
This likely happened between service at Fast Lane Auto, where I had new control arms, axle, and a spindle installed. I think for a $200+ alignment, this should have been noticed. Got it fixed at Bisbee Auto. I'll likely try Fortuneminds Garage next.
I know that Elite Roads says the top nut is not something they adjust, but the top hat nuts can adjust the camber. It was the first thing Fortuneminds looked at when I brought the car to them before I decided where to do the alignment.
I also did explain it needs to be looked at overall, since a lot of suspension parts were replaced recently. Just to be clear I'm not upset, just disappointed.

Buyer BEWARE. I’ve gone to them for years since they were “good roads”. They use to charge 25 to install tires. Today they charged me 100 bucks to install TWO used tires that i brought into the shop. Worst part is if there were a price increase they could’ve warned me before they put them on the whip. I bought used tires to save $$. They Really wrote me up for 2hrs labor? At least the place was empty and I was able to get in and out in 20 minutes.
