DO NOT BUY from this fraudulent company…it is a sham. I was lured by their discounted prices on two skin products that I normally use. However when I called the manufacturer, I was told that Elite Depot was not an authorized dealer. Everything they sell is fake. The packaging is not even accurate.When I called “Mary” about a refund, she was extremely rude and told me “I had too much time on my hands” and then she hung up on me.I sent both items back to Elite Depot unopened and reported this corrupt company to my credit card company, who is now disputing the charges.Thus company deserves zero stars.

If there was an option to give -000 stars I would. This company not only sent me something that was NOT what I ordered but also has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I ordered a product that was apparently out of stock but instead of notifying me they sent me a product that was different the one that I ordered. When I called to ask for them to send me the correct product they said they were out of it and that what they is what I’m going to have to accept instead. When I said this is not what I ordered the woman on the phone told me too bad and I shouldn’t complain since it was on sale and hung up on me. When I called back she said I could send it back but I’d have to pay for the shipping myself. Then she continued to hang up on me multiple times. This is unacceptable. If you don’t have what a customer ordered then you don’t take the order! It’s that simple! I was being nothing but nice and only wanted a refund and a prepaid postage stamp since I was sent something I did not order. This business needs to get their act together and know what it’s like to run a business the right way!!

I wanted to give 0 stars but I could not. My package was incorrectly delivered and I never received it. I called customer service and I talked to a man and a woman and they were both so extremely rude. I have never been treated in such manner and suggest that anyone trying to purchase things from here stay far far away. They both had no common curtesy of speaking to customers and did not do anything to help. They’re lucky they’re still in business with the way they act. Pathetic and disgraceful.

Mary is so RUDE! She has no class & does not know how to run her business. I send this lady a nice gift and tried calling back to speak to her and she treated me like I was a scumbag. She tried to act like she was way to busy to speak to me. This place is a joke and I will not be surprised if it is out of business soon.

I actually live in the area and stopped by their store front. Having done this before with never an issue, I was surprised with how rude the owner was. As a customer I have NEVER been treated with more disrespect than what I recently experienced. After I shared my experience with area friends, several people told me of similar experiences and also that many of their products are expired or not from legitimate suppliers. Needless to say I will never purchase from them again. If they don’t treat locals with respect, I can only imagine online purchasers they never have to see!

Objectively the worst customer service experiences I have had. I placed and order for the first time several weeks ago and Mary called me that same day stating that there had been a problem with the discount codes and that it would have to be revised. Mary stated that she would revise the order and call me back afterwards. One week later I had not heard back from her and so I called. When I spoke with Mary on the phone again she stated that she was "too busy to take care of my order" and that it was "not a priority" for her. She then proceeded to blame me for the delay and stated that if I had not "used the inappropriate codes to begin with, it would not have even been a problem". She then hung up on me when I asked to speak with someone else. When I called back and asked to speak with someone else again she hung up on me again. I would NEVER order from this company and would strongly encourage you to think twice before even considering giving this woman your business. She clearly does not value or respect your time or money.

I did NOT receive a shipment that EliteDepot has said was “delivered to a parcel box” As indicated by tracking label (obviously a key is needed and could not be stolen out of the parcel if it had been delivered). I was basically told “it was delivered” and that was that. The Customer service representative was very kurt and offered zero help in this matter. I’ve ordered so many expensive products over the years from them and this is not the customer service I expected. When I said I wouldn’t be ordering again if this the level of service they provide and she said “that’s fine”. Terrible customer service.

Excellent staff and customer service! I had a mailbox for over a year in this location and always found the staff to be friendly and efficient. They worked with me in forwarding my mail and were always a pleasure to deal with both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend this UPS store!

Thanks to Adrian and Stephen! They made my process seamless today. I walked into a pleasant atmosphere with staff willing to help and make my life easier. My package was going to be very expensive to ship (I could buy a new product rather than ship it). They suggested 'stuffing' it in a smaller box and saved me $20. If not for them, I would not have mailed the package at all. It is nice to have a local shipping store nearby with competent staff willing to help the customers!

Adrian was amazing, they were about to close, but he was very patient to deal with the last customer (me hehe). Would def go only to this location in that area!
