When it comes to business needs, there's no one better. She diligently addresses issues left by other Verizon Store reps undone, ensuring everything is in order. Not all reps match her caliber. I just had trade-in credits pending for seven months, neglected by another business rep who got the sale of 5 new lines and a new iphone 15. Sara not only resolved the issue but also ensured I received proper credits. What a mess it was.
