Ordered an arrangement for my mother for Valentine's Day to be delivered. Ordered showed out for delivery most of the day, but was never delivered. I called several times and no one picked up. No one reached out to me the following day to inform me on the status of my order. I preceded to try and reach out again with no success. So I went to the establishment, which was a big inconvenience being that I had to go to work on a few hours. I tell them about my order, they pull up the order and tell me that they will make my order now if I wait 10 min. Why do I have to wait for an order that was already made, and was out for delivery less 24 hours prior. I wouldn't recommend this location!!!

Don’t order here! Paid extra for 1 hour delivery to a local bank. They claim that the business was not there and verified the address with them which was correct. Either they didn’t attempt and just giving an excuse or their driver put in wrong address on their end and didn’t bother trying again. This was for a special occasion and they waited until end of day to tell me they didn’t find the business. If they called during I could have helped but they waited until end of day. I asked for manager to call back and still no call. The staff nor management care about the clients. First and last time ordering from them

Well first it was not delivered or handled with care it came in a random van not a company van, so it had moved all over the place the yo cake was ruined and it was upside down when the person who receive it opened it very disappointed the fruit seemed the same as it did not look as clean and fresh as it should

I live in New York and I sent an arrangement to my best friend in Florida and when it was delivered she wasn’t home bc it was a surprise ANGEL called me to inform me and he was so accommodating he didn’t just leave it outside or bring it back to the shop he had patience he allowed me to call my friend find out where he can leave it then I called him back and he eagerly left it with someone she knows ! That is outstanding customer service and I wanted to shine a light on him ! Thank you for making something special from a far come true really appreciate it THANK YOU ANGEL GOD BLESS

The website was not working as I normally order through the website. HOWEVER, the lady I spoke to at the store was so wonderfully accommodating right down to the note on the arrangement. They delivered a beautiful platter and my client was as she described "Blown Away". I'm so happy to write this review and so happy the arrangement was on time and so nice. Thank you for your professionalism.

What an amazing staff!!! On valentines day, they were able to fulfill a last minute order and they were extremely busy yet had everything under control. True customer service professionals. Thank you for helping me make this a special holiday for someone. Especially at the last minute...

I'll never come to this location ever again. The large caucasian lady and large african man were extremely disgusting and that's putting it nicely. Plus very rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure how they can work here with their behavior. Worst customer experience I've ever had.UPDATE: business owner is harassing me on Yelp to delete my review. Won't work. They now change their story and say the checked cameras from this weekend when they didn't even ask me what day it was. Just trying to cover for their poor employees.

Platter looked nice but they did not attach the card I wrote so the person did not know who sent it and delivery driver or door dash driver apparently lost address (used recommended address when ordering) and driver had to call recipient to ask for address...sort of ruins the surprise on all avenues there...

The manager, Nara, was extremely helpful, kind, and diligent. My friend's mother passed away, so we sent an edible arrangement to her. Unfortunately, at the time of delivery she was not home, and it was delivered to someone else. Nara made sure she got to the problem of the issue and did not stop until we were 100% satisfied. She went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. We also would like to thank the owner. THANK YOU! Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I ordered for my friends birthday a gift along with the balloon. The balloon was not delivered. The store said they would deliver it along with a complimentary gift at my request the next two days. They delivered it to the wrong address which was not their fault. I called the driver 5 min later to let her know the address was incorrect she said, she would deliver it the next day because she didn't have time to go back to get it. The next day I called the store to see if they would be delivering the balloon and was told they didn't have a driver and would have to refund me the money. I was disappointed because the balloon was apart of the gift and should have been delivered from day one.... I believe this store has bitten off more than it can chew and they probably should be hiring additional help, if you ask me...
