Dr Physio Physical Therapy is excellent. MyTherapists Carolina and Tony are absolutely amazing. They challenge me to the limit all the time. Tony with special exercises for my back. Carolina makes me work really hard. No excuses. Plus she definitely is helping me with my chronic pain in my legs. Her expertise, support and caring is helping me tremendously.I give both 5 stars ? plus!! I’m so lucky to have Carolina, Tony and Dr Physio Therapy in my life!! Thanks again for everything you do for me ???

As a horse trainer and Farrier my lower back is used and abused. Marcelo was recommended as the person to release my pain as well as instruct me on how to keep my body healthy so I can continue to work pain free.On my first visit, I was unable to stand up straight. He worked on me with his expert hands stretching, massaging and manipulating my body until I was confident I could ride the next morning.He gave me strong advice on stretches and exercises that would keep my recovery moving forward.I have returned to him for maintenance of my body again with the understanding of what a truly knowledgeable practitioner can due to keep a person healthy.Thank you Marcelo for your kindness, empathy, compassion and knowledge. I will certainly recommend him and Dr. Physio to other equine professionals. We need a guy like him. He is one of the good ones.

Everyone here is so welcoming and nice! They really have an interest in taking care of you! Marcelo is a miracle worker; if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be walking normally as I am now! Words can’t describe how satisfied I am!

My friend Paul was referred to Dr Physio by his doctor. From the first visit after the initial evaluation I could see the professionalism of their staff. Marcelo, Fran and the other PTs do an amazing job. Highly recommendable if you need help in your recovery

I’m new to Fort Lauderdale and was in need of physical therapy for sciatica that I have been dealing with for about a year.. I was fortunate to be referred to Lenisson “Lenny” Carneiro at Dr Pysio in Ft Lauderdale.I have had physical therapy over my lifetime but I have to say that I found Lenny to be one of the most professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring therapists I have ever dealt with. My sciatica is 95 percent better, pain is gone, and I’m sure if I follow his exercise regime, I can get to 100 percent.If you are in need of physical therapy, contact Lenny and I trust you will be amazed at the results as I am!It’s 4 years since my previous reviewand I’m happy to report sciatica is pretty much gone. I have returned to Dr Physio over the past few years for other issues.. Happy to say that all issues were made better by Dr Lenny and several other therapists that practice at this office..(Marcello, Marissa, Catarina, Rejane.. just to name a few of the talented caring staff)Torn meniscus is latest issue.. but I would not go anywhere but here for physical therapy!!

My father can walk because of Marcelo Milagres! With advanced Parkinson’s and following a 6 week hospital stay my father struggled to get out of a chair independently. Marcelo went to his home and worked with him until he was eventually able to travel to the therapy center. Marcelo keeps his spirits up and his body strong and balanced.

I AM A POST POLIO SYNDROME SUFFERER. I HAD POLIO AT THE AGE OF 2 IN PERU BUT I DID NOT PERSUE PHYSICAL THERAPY UNTIL 2023 WHEN I REALIZED THAT I WAS GETTING PROGRESSIVELY WEAKER. I WAS RECOMMENDED TO GO TO DR. PHYSIO AND WAS EVALUATED BY LENNY.SINCE I STARTED GOING TO MY PT AND NOW WITH HELP OF MARCELO I HAVE IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU SUFFER FROM ANY NEUROLOGIC CONDITIONS . THEY GIVE YOU A PERSONALIZED ATTENTION WITH AN EXCELLENT PLAN OF CARE.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Dr. Physio, working with Marcelo Milagres. I went in with a torn hamstring tennis injury and lower back issues in July and am now back on the tennis court playing matches in November. I absolutely love the amount of personal attention that you get at Dr. Physio - literally undivided attention for the entire duration of your appointment, which I had not experienced before at any physical therapist. For injuries and treatment, Marcelo used a combination of Therapeutic massage, Chiropractic adjustments, and very specific exercises to strengthen the muscles around the injury and break down scar tissue. I feel like we did not just treat the symptoms of the injury, but we really worked on solving the problem that created the injuries in the first place. Dr. Physio has done an amazing job with my sports injuries and I highly recommend.

Dear Tony:Today Friday November 3, 2023, 5 holes in total.3 par 3 consecutively followed by 1 bogey on a par 3 and 6 shots on a par 4I have not played so well for a long time and Stephen Conte my pro said that I moved much better “ one piece “ with good symmetry on both backswing and follow through. Since you’re my lead Physio therapist I wanted you to get the credit and also that I am quite pleased to work with you.Again many thanks.Ralph

If I could give Carolina at Dr Physio I0 stars I would! Within 6 physical theropy sessions for the left side of my neck, clavicle, shoulder, ribs & dizziness, I am finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. This is the most relief I’ve had in almost 2 years. Thku Carolina!
