Based on our experience, DL Flooring and Design is an excellent company to deal with. Their installers did an outstanding job installing 2' X 2' heavy marble tile in our master bedroom. The installers were both professional and friendly and did not get upset with my questions during the installation. Dealing with the organization from the business end was also a welcomed surprise. The work was done on time, as promised, and the price was fair and competitive. When a problem (of my own making) arose, they handled it promptly, professionally, and, at no additional cost. My wife and I could not be happier with the result, as the images attached will show. I am an avid DYIer with extensive tiling experience and equipment, but I am glad that we elected to hire DL Flooring professionals for this job, because of the size, weight, and material of the marble. When we have another large area tiling job, they will be the company we hire, without reservation.

DL Floor and Design did such an amazing job remodeling my clients entire home I hired them on the spot. They were quick, clean and the craftsmanship is impecable. They showed up everyday and on time, and even the contractor they hired was quick to fabricate and install. I had a perfect experience and now I have 2 perfect baths.

I would give Di Luca Flooring & Design a 6th star if I could! Will and Dia were wonderful to work with and Will is an absolute professional. He completed the whole main bathroom in only a week and a half and by himself! Which also included tiling the closet area and installing a barn door to perfection. They have my highest recommendation and will use them every time for a bathroom remodel. A+++ for DL! We had almost our entire house remodeled by DL. Everything except the bathrooms of our 3BR house was updated including totally new opened up floor plan, with walls removed, all new kitchen, all new tile flooring in whole house, new interior doors, new baseboards and all door molding, new recessed ligting, etc. Too much to list.COMMUNICATION: I have to say, you will not find a contractor with better communication. I can't even think of a single time the phone was not answered or a text was not replied to.TIMELINESS: They gave a timeframe for the job and were exactly on time. They do and excellent job with managing subcontractors. Every time we tell our friends how long the job took (6 weeks from move out tomove in) they can't believe it.QUALITY: You can tell when someone takes pride in their work. We were there almost daily checking on the house and there were no corners cut. They went above and beyond in some aspects.PRICE: The price was up front, reasonable, and there were no surprises... what else could you want.BOTTOM LINE: I wouldn't even consider anyone else if I had to do it again!Services: Kitchen countertop installation
