They scammed my husband with the engagement ring he bought me. 2 months into wearing the ring and it was already turning yellow. Went back and they said it was normal wear and they rhodium plated it for free. Two months later and it turned yellow again(as seen in pictures) My husband paid so much money for this ring and sold it to him as a white gold but it turned out to be a yellow gold ring that they painted over. I recently had the diamond taken out and we got a custom band at Kay jewelers. Save your money. Kay’s and other jewelers are better deal.. you’ll lose so much money buying here

I recently purchased an engagement ring here, and dealt with a gentleman by the name of Vika. He was a true professional, responsive, and very friendly. Daniel and Steve are my go to guys and I dont think I will ever go to another jeweler after my experience with them. These guys are amazing. Absolutely brilliant. They will do whatever it takes to make sure that you will get the absolute best. I mainly dealt with Daniel who is honest, very pleasant, and very knowledgeable and just an all around good person. I bought the engagement ring here, our wedding rings, Easter gift...I have pretty much been buying all my jewelry from him since I moved down here. They surpassed all my expectations and they went above and beyond in their effort. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!

I found this place on the internet and based on the reviews, thought I would give them a try. I was shopping to trade in my engagement ring and diamond for a different diamond and setting. Steve and everyone else in the store were so professional, nice and honest. Steve definitely had me in his best interest in getting me what I wanted in my budget. There was never a time that I felt pressured to buy anything. He had several diamonds and settings to show me and was extremely knowledgable about the diamonds. His prices were better than anyplace around. I highly recommend Steve and this store for your diamond and jewelry needs.

Steve and the entire team blew our expectations away! After shopping at the local big box stores, a friend referred me to Steve at Diamond Plaza Florida. Not only did we get a much bigger and better diamond for less cost, they also designed an engagement ring that was better quality and less cost as the "designer" rings we liked. you will quickly find they prices are better than anything else you see out there.

Everyone at Diamond Plaza Florida goes above and beyond to give outstanding customer service. My husband and I bought my engagement ring and wedding band over 3 years ago. I went in today to get it resized and a diamond replaced and they took care of it free of charge! I recommend them to everyone I know and will always be a loyal customer.
